I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

I love my car.1 problem. Can't get the headlights right.Replaced the bulbs 1 month ago and they worked fine 1 month later they seem to have lost their edge and back to hard to see at night.looks excellent. Should have bought a BMW long ago.Maintnace Slightly higher

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

My wife's car was about 6 months away from end of lease and she decided that she drives too many miles and would like to buy her next car. So we decided to start looking. We first went back to our Mazda dealer and told them we were looking for a used car and gave our budget. We were basically told they didn't have any used vehicles (really?), and that we should wait and see if any promos run. I used to drive Altimas (I had 3 - last one in 2010) so I suggested she look at that car and we went to Rockland Nissan. We were immediately greeting by Michael, new to Nissan, but very nice and professional. After discussing what we wanted and that we didn't think we could get one right now, he looked at inventory andour budget, and found us a car we could get. So we agreed and filled out the paperwork - the only real hiccup was when we spoke to their finance manager - the monthly fee was higher than we were promised. The issue was my wife was over in miles on her lease so Tim O'keefe (the main guy there) came in, sat with us and in no time we had a deal at a price we were happy with.We got a 2017 Altima 3.5 SL with only about 35k miles for a very fair price. My wife LOVES the car and we couldn't be happier. Fast forward to the next day - she noticed some damage on the front bumper that wasn't disclosed. Perhaps no one noticed, but we took it back and without a thought, they agreed to fix it for free. Now I was so impressed with Tim that I told him (jokingly) I have about a year on my Mazda 6 and I'd love to get a new Altima. He asked me to come in the next day and he'd find a way to get me what I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. So i showed up early in the morning and Tim introduced me to Dave. A very experienced and excellent sales person - one of the best I've met in the industry. He was honest and patient and we went over everything I wanted. He showed me a few models and I fell in love with the 2019 Altima SL in Storm Blue (really nice color - looks almost black). We went back over to Tim and before I knew it, we had a deal. The only negative thing is I was there for six hours before I left with the car. They were very busy and I believe a bit understaffed. I have to say though, I LOVE this car and could not be happier with how I felt taken care of. This dealership treated me like I was their top priority (except when I had to wait for a while) and the overall experience was fantastic. 2 days - 2 Altimas. I'll be going back there for sure. I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

I had a great experience at Palisades Mazda. I scheduled to test drive a used vehicle, and when I got there on the same day, they had the car ready to go. No wasting time. I also drove another car same day. I wound up purchasing one of them, and the entire process from when I stepped in the door to leaving after the purchase was 2hrs. Stephen and Nicole were a pleasure to work with and both knowledgeable. This is how buying a car should be. No sales gimmicks or fees on the back end. Very straightforward and honest. It’s a tank. So far V6 has been solid no issues with oil burn. Have been doing regular oil changes. Just recently replaced both front control arms due to worn out bushings. No other issues car has 160 K.

I purchased My vehicle back in November, I did Everything virtually and had the pleasure of working with Nick & JamieLee.. their customer service combined is enough to make you want to come here. I had An issue with my vehicles sensor and came in for service, just to find out JamieLee had transferred into service and I had The pleasure of being assisted by her again! I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Just got a new 2025 cx5 preffered and Stephen Hasher my salesman was outstanding. No pressure and helped me with my decision. Purchased new in 2015. Have only done 1 repair in 129k, which was fixing oil leak at oil filter housing. Solid car, great in rain and snow. Thoroughly enjoy this car

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

I have the Lux edition of the Volkswagen EOS, silver with black interior. I never had any mechanical issues or problems with the car. I currently have 16,000 miles

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

Called for car service and was given appointment for the same day. Representatives are friendly and coutesious. The representative, Ron kept me informed of the work performed although it was just for an oil change. I like going there to get my car serviced.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

Off the lot, amazing! I call it Dino.. because it’s eco green and it has an antenna! I have purchased a few vehicles off the lot. Dino is cool. Well I did like my Chevy S10- bench seat, was the best I ever bought off the lot! Jeep Patriot 2015 an amazing vehicle as well!

We have been going to Kia West Nyack since 2016; purchased 3 cars and have them serviced by the dealership. Their service department is very good at detailing the recommended work - even send a video of the multi point inspection so you can see exactly why they recommend certain services. Ronald takes the time to make us feel valued.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

Matthew Tuchman was wonderful! He gave me the lease deal I wanted. I returned my Honda Sport Accord (9400 miles) for a 2025 Honda Accord SE. Matt made me feel at home at DCH & really Delivered Customer Happiness for me. When my remote keys did not work, he told me to call Roadside who arrived in 25 minutes & towed my car to DCH. Matt had my 2 remotes recalibrated & a brand new battery in the car. He then drove the car to my home (another car followed to take him back to DCH) told me what he did & made me very happy. After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time
