I scheduled an oil change, same day by phone and was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours. I was courteously greeted by Ashlyn, my service rep (who seemed to know a lot from a discussion she had with one of the service persons) and found a comfortable area in the waiting room. After an hour I was sent a link to a video inspection where they said the engine air filter was still clean enough to not need replacement and when they lifted the car, all was in order underneath. This reminded me to ask for a tire rotation, which they did. The car was ready in 90 minutes from when I got in.

Good all - around vehicle...decent power, roomy and comfortable interior, quiet and smooth ride, good handling and nice steering feel, great gas mileage, good visibility... Freeway passing requires a bit of patience and planning...

New service area is fantastic however the chairs are uncomfortable. All service representatives were courteous and helpful and all service repairs were completed in a timely manner

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

Additionally, Eyoungmbi explained to us the differences between the Honda CRV LX, EX and EX-L models. Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

I chose this Tiguan as it is large enough for me to carry my skis inside. It is extremely good on gas. It is very quiet on the road handles very well is very comfortable and is loaded with many safety and convenience features that I did not know I would even appreciate. It is very comfortable and enjoyable to drive.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

The steelership was very good to work with. After expressing interest in it used vehicle they bent over backwards to deliver the car same day to the dealership from several hours away, and afterwards was very transparent in the purchase process. Very good to work with, was not super pushy but was very willing to work with.

My Grandmother loves her new Atlas 2.0T, its also easy to get in and out of for Her and Gramps, and great mpg with the 2.0T, and power is very plenty for a tiny engine

I went in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to look at. I called ahead of time and they had the vehicle ready and waiting to test drive when I got there. The first thing John said was `Ask me anything about this car and I can tell you.? And he did! The precious dealership I had been at knew very little about their inventory OR the two cars I test drove. I had to keep correcting them about the year and features of the cars. At Antwerpin they were attentive and so kind, unlike my experience at the previous dealership. This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

We’ve put 85,000 miles on our Santa Fe, including a trip from Maryland to Idaho and Utah, and have consistently been happy happy with it. It’s needed no work/repairs, other than routine maintenance.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.
