I went to Shea Buick GMC because their inventory of preowned vehicles had many selections of the models that met my needs as far as mileage, year of manufacture and price. I actually bought the vehicle I had been the most interested in since March. I made an appointment, the salesman met me at the door and had the vehicle I was interested in with the air running ready for a test drive. It was perfect! We added a tonneau to the package, agreed on a price for the trade-in and the purchase price for the truck I bought. We arranged for the insurance, the installation of the tonneau and for a pick up time at my convenience. All was done in a matter of 2 hours! Everyone I worked with was kind, focused and professional... the efficiency of the transaction speaks volumes to the dedication of Sheas' staff!

I bought my 2011 Chevrolet impala ls in November of 2019 had 124k miles on it it now has 331k miles and the serpentine belt just broke it needs new gaskets and seals but it still runs

I bought this car used in 2012. Over 10yrs later and 214k miles she still rolling. I did have to replace power steering sensor last year and unfortunately it has to be reprogrammed in shop or would of saved chuck of money. My evap solenoid is giving me trouble but my heat my AC my radio my windows all work and I would buy a brand new one if I good. Lots of replaced headlamp bulbs over the years but once rewired it made much better

We have owned the vehicle since 2010. Overall is has been a good vehicle with out too many repairs. If they still made the vehicle we would consider buying another one.

Did not end up buying from them but they are very friendly and helpful. They wrote me non stop emails but at least theyre super willing to help.

My friend has one with over 410,000 miles, yes 410,000 miles with no issues. These things are a tank made to last that's for sure

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. Bought 99 xlt 4x4 in 2015. I live in Iowa. I do a lot of hunting and wood hauling. So I use the 4x4 a lot. I pull a 5x8x3 trailer when wood cutting and load the truck and trailer down heavy. She grunts a little but enough power there to get it done. Only been stuck in the snow once due to clearance and have tested it's yanking power pulling bigger vehicles out that were in there pretty good. It's supposed me. I've replaced minimal parts. Gas tank was the biggest chore. Standard rust out. Biggest engine problem to diagnose was the fuel filter. Engine knocks like a diesel engine but has plenty of power and keeps on ticking. Change oil every 5k or close to it. Plenty of cab room and leg room. Maintenance has been minimal I guess. Would buy another if the deal was right. Current mileage 186kish. It's due for some bigger maintenance now. Front end parts kit brakes rotors all around and rear seals. Not bad for a truck that's seen a lot more gravel roads than hiways. Rust is average. Rocker panels and starting on the front of box. It's been a good truck.

My 2009 Altima SE still runs great. Although the paint is dull from years under California sun. It has no problem wantsoever. I have all windows tinted to keep cool.

I had a stripped lug. I purchased the lug nut and stud, they replaced it no charge. Much appreciated.

It seems endemic, you walk into a dealership and it's either 1) everyone jumps to see if you've been helped or 2) nobody even notices you've just walked in. The weekend I walked in, it was a mix. I won't go into it. What was an enjoyable departure from the usual dealer interactions, Anthony made me feel at home. No pressure, just wanted to understand what I was looking for. I really didn't know as my wife had yet to engage in looking into her next car, but that day we established what turned-out to be the right dealer/customer relationship. I will not go anywhere else for a Toyota again.

Great vehicle for traveling. Plenty of room for luggage and a small dog.. Very comfortable, The only thing I don't like are the vertical AC vents. I would like to see them be able to swing wider both horizontally and vertically.Plus my used vehicle had Onstar at one time and I can't cancel it off my car so that my calls always seem to go to Onstar at least once.
