It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. I really dread car buying but our salesman, Jesse James, and his assistant Marcos made the process very easy and were accommodating to us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and showed it to us in a warm and non-pressured manner. After we decided to buy the vehicle, everything was taken care of in advance, including our trade-in, and the process was seamless. We drove away with no regrets on price/purchase. Jesse even checked in with us after a few days to make sure we were still happy and we are! It's not every day you get treated so patiently and respectfully at a car dealership. This car is full of safety and comfort features. It runs very smoothly and is easy to maintain. I drive a lot for work, and this car works very well.

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

They were upfront, transparent, and true to their word. I found that to be a rare trait in salespeople in this day and age. We went in asking about an SV Rogue, and while Anna Charles was getting paperwork on that vehicle, we decided to upgrade to an SL Rogue. But Anna did not pressure us to get the more expensive vehicle. So, I asked why, and Anna stated that she wanted us to be happy with our car-buying experience at Beck Nissan, and if we were pleased, we would come back and do business with her in the future. Furthermore, her name and reputation were at state also. And Anna was right. We will come back to see her when we have future car needs. Sybil Turner, General Sales Manager. She was very professional, courteous, and considerate of our time. First, she asked what we needed and what we wanted. Then she gave us some options, and we picked the one we liked. I have a 2014 Lincoln MKZ V6 with 80k miles. I bought 3 years ago for 14k. I just put 3k into it for a water pump and timing belt. I wasn't expecting that at such low miles.

Our Dart has been great. One thing it will needs a QT of oil every 1000 miles. We had low profile tires. Lots of problems. But I knew that when I bought the car. had to replace rims. Gas Mileage is 24 miles Combined. Spare tire was an option. I check that box. Need spare tire. Only real problem was air condition. Needed a hose it was under warranty.

I use this car as my second car for daily city excursions. I love the peppy engine - great on gas. Good used second car to have. Mint condition. Scored big with only 48,000 miles in 2014. I'll never get rid of it. Love Love this car !

The paint is getting out at the roof, hood and spoiler. I see the same model and color in the different places and all of them having the same problem. Very bad paint All of them are black.

I bought car in 2024 with single owner and well maintained at Lexus dealership. Drove almost 20K miles and no other expense other than pcc valves & regular maintenance. Drives lile riding on cloud so silent that few of my buddies newer 2025 year cars don’t keep up to standards. 20 year old car & nothing squeks in interior

I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

Purchased my 2010 Volvo S80 used with 89k miles. I now have over 215k miles and the car has remained very reliable with only minor repairs required during my ownership. This was my first Volvo experience. Here are a couple things worth noting for those considering this vehicle. By far the most enjoyable vehicle I have owned for long distance driving. My fatigue is minimal when driving this car compared to others. The 3.2L engine is very smooth and powerful. 3,500lb towing capacity! I’ve been able to pull my 2k lb boat on multiple vacations over 1k miles with out issues. Parts are available at FCP Euro for a reasonable price if you are handy and can perform minor maintenance on your own. This has saved me significantly. I love the the premium sound system, seats and ride quality. After 215k miles, the car is still tight with little noise. Build quality is exceptional. I’ve enjoyed this car so much that I purchased a 2012 S80 T6 AWD recently. Having driven both, I’m indifferent from a commuting perspective on the extra hp. I find the 3.2 is more than adequate with torque and acceleration and returns on average 26mpg. The 2010 remains in the family and I have no doubt it will achieve 250k miles. Excellent work Volvo!

Recently my 2025 Activ Equinox kept sending me the message that my AWD was unavailable and needed service. I called Tom Gibbs and got an appointment right away (6/26/25). Alex Page is the advisor I deal with and he took my car for the service. My car was ready in a timely manner. Alex explained what the technician did and so far no more messages. the ECM was reprogrammed. I leased my first 2 Equinox vehicles from Tom Gibbs and purchased the 2025 Equinox. Bill Attwood has been my go-to salesman and he is the best. The Equinox is a dependable vehicle and the 2025 Activ model is fabulous.

I have owned my 2009 Rogue since 2011. I love this car, fits my short 4'11" frame so well. Have had minor issues besides the transmission which was covered under their warrantee. Wouldbuy again.

Traded in my lease and financed a new trailblazer activ oh and got new tires for my trade in

I have owned the car for about 15 months. It is a good car. There is an issue with burning a little oil. This is a known issue. I almost traded it in when I realized the oil consumption issue, but I stuck with it. I add almost a quote every two gas fill ups. I purchased it with 62,000 miles. I am a salesman and I put nearly 30,000 miles on it in the past 15 mos. Mostly highway. I had to repack the bearings in the rear wheels. This set me back about $1,200. Not good. Other than that, the car has been fine. I plan on driving it another year.
