Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

Haven't purchased a new car to me in over 8 years. Searched numerous used car sights looking for a large SUV. Saw a 2015 on their sight on a Thursday, contacted them (Jacob) on Friday. Explained I lived over an hour away and if I drove out to test drive I needed to know my terms and approval prior to leaving my house. Jacob and the finance team gave me an answer within an hour!! Drove out, seamless buying experience, they even gave me a "we owe" on a problem with the stereo. Just got my Navigator back after THEY spent close to a $1,000 to make it right!! I had a loaner free of charge the whole time 5 star rating from me for the way they treat potential and actual customers! Give Jacob in used car center a call! He knows how to treat his customers right!

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

I’m writing to complement Bianca at Germaine Nissan. I’m not sure what her title is, but she is wonderful! She’s very professional, very warm and welcoming, and goes out of her way to take care of me. The world needs more Biancas. She gets customer service!

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

Just a standard oil change and tire rotation. However I had some unexpected problems occur that prevented me from making my appointment as scheduled. I’m happy to say that the service dept personnel were so very understanding of my situation and even though they were booked up made room for me that same afternoon. So very pleased to having found a dealership that understands “life happens “ and were committed to taking care of me. I know this is not the case everywhere and am beyond appreciative.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles. Not the quietest ride but currently at 125,000 miles and no major issues yet. Only problem was original set of rear tires wore out on the inside edge. The tire shop said Kia had that problem from the factory and he installed a shim kit to make the alignment correct. No problem with that issue since. Mileage is good for a large minivan. At 70 to 80 MPH I get 26 mpg average depending on which state I am buying fuel in. I love being able to switch from Automatic transmition to a manual transmission when going down steep mountain grades. I am actually shopping for a used Kia 2017 to 2020 right now with low miles to replace this one.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

Yes, incredible. It is not often I experience something incredible. I did at Don Wood CDJR. In fact, my fist experience in October was such a positive experience I was motivated to purchase a second car from them a few months later. For me, customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during and after they buy. BEFORE: Their website is easy to maneuver and up to date with inventory. This is a little lol because I didn't find what I wanted in their inventory and decided to make a custom order from them. DURING: While at the dealership everyone I encountered made my time there an easy and enjoyable experience. I'd describe them as professional and knowledgeable. Good listeners. AFTER: Many companies forget you, not the peeps at Don Wood. The followup care and support continued in a way that made me an absolute believer that their culture in wanting a happy customer is truly far reaching and genuine. They reached out to me just to make sure I didn't have any post purchase questions about the car or they many options I ordered with my new vehicle. I have not had dealings with their Service Department, however, I did pass a couple technicians in the halls etc. Each one made eye contact with me and each one said "hello". Unhappy or disgruntled associates do not do this. In summary, Yes Yes and YES - I drove from New Albany to buy my 2 vehicles here. My first was a Jeep in November and today a RAM 1500 diesel. Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.
