Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent. Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Jeff Jones did an excellent job not only finding a used car for our daughter but later called me after finding a vehicle for me too. We had talked to him about what we wanted and our budget and we were so happy when he called us with the perfect fit. Our daughter was very happy for her Ford Escape and we got a Honda CR-V which has been awesome. Jeff was extremely responsive to our needs and communicated with us along the way. We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

The dealership has followed up with me and keep me in the loop regards a car I was interested in. That interest continues but I am looking at all option regarding make and model. I like the fact that they understand my delay and have been profesional and patient.

Purchased my 2009 Toyota Camry hybrid here last year.. best decision I've made.. 1 year later car still running great.. Cars are well maintained and cared for. Very clean inside and out . Highly recommended. I'd purchase there again

They are pretty great, really. The car I went to look at didn't work out, but it was still a good experience. I kinda felt bad that I couldn't buy something from them. If you're looking for something, particularly on a budget, it's worth stopping in.

This van met our needs. Specifically, we needed the larger back seats for older kids and adult riders. The back seat is a bit too tilted back. The middle row captains chairs are about the size of the main driver and passenger seats, and that's why we wanted the Routan. They are too big to fold into the floor, and that's just fine. We had an earlier Chrysler T&C, and those seats are flimsy. After 40K miles, no problems. We switched to our local Chrysler Dodge dealer for service, as the Volkswagen Dealer service was poor at best. We always hit around 28 MPG on road trips. About 17 -18 MPG in town. No complaints here.
