I was met by the service department personnel with a smile and eager to get my vehicle problem(s) resolved. They topped off the windshield washer reservoir when I first pulled into the service bay. Never had this happen at any other dealership before. Great job on the little perk that make you feel appreciated. Vehicle problem was determined very quickly and was out in a timely manner. Really liked the service department amenities while you wait...bananas, apples, pears, sweet rolls, cookies, coffee and even dog buscuits for your pets. Very, very nice!

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

The hybrid makes a lot of sense because of the overall mpg. That drives a lot of the value we derive from this van. I would probably purchase another newer model if the overall electric miles substantially increased.

This is our 2nd car from the folks at Alexander. We first had a Mazda and this time we went with a Ford. Chris and Steven are very down to earth people who treat others how they want to be treated. There was no high pressure- just good info and good prices. They really do mean it when they say there are no dealer add-on costs. Just tax and title. I would highly recommend this group to anyone.

Carmela and the rest of the staff are amazing. We were definitely a challenge. We got what we wanted and how we wanted. They worked really hard to make it happen and wasn't going to let us walk away without being satisfied. I will never go to another dealership for another vehicle. This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I have only shopped online looking for one specific truck. I have been contacted to talk about wanting to buy. That person was so nice, laid back did not try to push something else on me. I received a follow up call letting me know they got in a Chevy Colorado but it had a manual transmission. This Van has spacious leg room in both the front and back. Easy to drive and comfortable seats. Lots of features, safe van when traveling a long distance.

I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. Best car we owned in 63 years. Driven 20 years, top notch quality. Very little $$$ spent, do routine oil changes and keep up with little stuff. Bought in 2004 with 24,000 miles it was a company car return. We drive daily, errands and drive it twice a year on vacation to northern Minnesota near Canada.
