Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Came in there on Thursday September 24th at 2:30 pm with my old clunker to get appraised and to purchase a used car. Was expecting to be a very long process, but was out by 5;30 with a smile. My car dealer was Greg, who was overly friendly and was patient with my decisions. He did a really good job showing me what I was looking for, price wise, and what was best for my liking. I wound up getting a solid deal on a 2012 Chevy Cruze. Carmax is very customer friendly, and very efficient with a nice variety of vehicles. Glad I went here to get my car.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Bought my first car here in May 2015. Everyone was helpful and honest. My car is a 2003 Hyundai Sonata and was pleased to see it had been washed and detailed when I went to take it home! Very honest about the value of the cars and what's wrong with them. I was overwhelmed deciding what car would be best for me but they give enough space to not feel heckled into a certain car and they are very fair with prices. I plan on buying every car I get from here!

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

The Kia Carnival is very impressive. First is the exterior with its classy design. The lines are clean and the finish is beautiful and seems to be durable. The fit of the exterior is again clean and precise. Although this is in the MiniVan segment it does not have boring minivan looks. The interior is quite luxurious for a vehicle in this class. It is comfortable and seems like it will kast a long time. The 8 seater models are quite versatile as the rear row folds into the floor and the middle row is fairly easy to remove. This gives you massive cargo space that rivals a work van. Even with the seats in there is a ton of storage space. There is a 7 seat model that features captains chairs in the middle row. These cannot be easily removed. I think most people would prefer the 8 seat models for versatility. The dash is amazing with its modern design and features. The controls are well laid out and easy to operate. The SX level trim features 360 cameras with a top view. There are just so many incredible features this car has that really just need to be seen. I suggest looking at some FB groups for the Carnival as there is just too much to put in writing. The Carnival has a strong v6 that is smooth and also economical. I would say most folks will get slightly above EPA ratings. I was able to get 34.9 mpg of a recent trip but I did have to work at driving conservatively. Most folks should expect 26-29mpg. Slightly less in city or a lot of stop and go. Acceleration is strong and you can set the mode of driving from Sport, Normal, Smart and Eco. These adjust the handling and transmission. Obviously driving aggressively will cost you on gas consumption. I love my Carnival. I has a Ford F-150 Platinum and wanted something better on gas easier to transport goods. This gives me the comfort and space I wanted and was used to. It is easier to park as well. I looked at Toyota, Honda, and Chrysler. All of the competitors were significantly more expensive. The Toyota is a 4cyl Hybrid and I did not like its performance. The Honda seemed a bit dated and not as roomy. The Chrysler has reliability issues but it does have the folding middle row. I just could not see spending more for that feature and a car with poor reliability. The Carnival is actually fun to drive with strong performance comfort and features. It is also packed with safety features. If you want a family vehicle or a versatile comfortable vehicle for hauling the Carnival fits the bill. The other option is an SUV but these are typically bulky, have less room, and do not get great gas mileage. Honestly SUVs are overrated and not worth the extra money.

The sales manager and sales person were friendly and cordial . I had a very relaxed test drive with the salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the used car I was testing and allowed me to drive the vehicle for a considerable amount of time.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Service dept staff was polite and courteous. The service was quick and efficient. Came in for an oil change, they had recommendation but was not pushy.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I went in to get a 20,000 mile oil change and ended up trading in for a new Elantra

I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

This review is 3 months after buying, so you know it's honest. It's a long review because I had to comment on all the great experiences I had with multiple employees at AutoNation Honda in Sanford. I connected with salesman Dayton Babcock-Latta through E-commerce. I live in Melbourne, so doing business with a dealership 90 miles away is a time investment for me, and I'm very glad I made the investment. From the beginning, and beyond the sale, Dayton was extremely helpful and accommodating. Dayton worked with me to change my initial appointment to view a 2017 Ford Edge multiple times. Dayton couldn't have been nicer to me, my son and daughter during the appointment, test drive and the sale experience of the new-to-us 2017 Ford Edge. During the test drive, I noticed an odd grumble when braking. After the test drive, Dayton introduced me to his manager, Nelson Bryant, so I could provide my thoughts about the test drive and pricing compared to other Ford Edge's I had recently test driven at other dealers. Nelson asked if I could give him an hour so he could get a mechanic to investigate the grumble. Within the hour, Dayton let me know the mechanic identified the grumble was coming from a new brake rotor they had installed during their preparation of the vehicle for resale. Dayton also let me know Nelson could meet my price point. After the mechanic replaced both front rotors, we went for another test drive and it felt perfect. I was ready to make the purchase, but I didn't know Dayton's helpfulness was just getting started. Dayton made the paper work a breeze, including transferring a license plate I had and getting my insurance updated to add the Edge. During the paperwork process, Dayton found there was only 1 key fob for the Edge, but he didn't stop there. Once Dayton handed my off to the financing specialist, Sergio Perez Cedeno, to complete the sale, Dayton kept looking and found the 2nd key fob in another area of the dealership. Sergio was great at walking me through the sale portion and used vehicle warranty options. I was paying cash (debit card), so I thought this piece of the experience would be the easiest and least stressful, but my credit union declined the transaction so it quickly became the worst part of the day. Unfortunately, it was Saturday and after hours at this time, so I had no way to contact my credit union and get them to approve the transaction. This was all my fault because I didn't pre-approve the transaction with my credit union, so my options became ? finance the purchase so I could drive the Edge home that night (I could pay it off immediately, but I didn't want the unneeded new loan mark on my near perfect credit history), or I could drive 90 miles home that night and drive 90 miles back the next day to bring in a check so I could take the Edge home that weekend. Thankfully, Dayton's helpfulness jumped in again. Dayton offered the idea of splitting the purchase between a credit card and the debit card to reduce the debit card amount?maybe the smaller amount would be approved. It worked and we were able to drive the Edge home that night! Most reviews probably stop there, but my great experienced didn't. A couple days later, Dayton followed up to make sure we were still happy with the purchase. I let Dayton know we were happy, but the day before I had noticed the 3rd brake light was missing a clear cover and some of the LEDs weren't working. Dayton immediately made arrangements to make the repair at no cost to me. It took almost 2 months to make the time in my family?s busy schedule for the repair, but when I was finally ready so were Dayton and AutoNation Honda. Due to this excellent experience, I'll firstly and strongly consider using AutoNation Honda for any future vehicle purchases. An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.
