Our experience was smooth and fat. Living an hour and a half away, we didn't want to waste a trip if they couldn't value our trade at what we expected. Logan Plumley worked everything out via phone to our liking before we even visited them. Trade value, financing, etc. When we arrived, truck was clean and ready to test drive and all paper work prepped. Once we test drove & loved the truck all we had to do was sign the documents that were ready. This was the quickest, smoothest vehicle buying we have ever experienced. I would definitely buy here again and recommend CrossRoads Chevrolet.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Tom Parker at Moses. I have been browsing cars for a few weeks. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I found a listing on the dealer's website. I stopped by the lot to see the car, but it had just arrived and was in service. Tom told me it should be ready to test drive within a few days. I gave him my number, and he was great about updating me on the status of the car. Buying the car was a smooth process too. My trade-in was appraised as I was test driving the vehicle. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted while keeping my payments reasonable. Everyone I interacted with was polite, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable throughout the entire process, which is how buying a car should be.

Absolutely love my new Kia Sportage Hybrid! My experience was beyond amazing from start to finish! My salesperson was welcoming, accommodating, knowledgable, friendly and hands down the best! He even made my daughter's day and helped me assemble her car seat to test drive the vehicles I was interested in; never once did i feel like a burden. He answered all my questions without hesitation and ultimately made sure I went home in the vehicle that fit all of must haves and wants!
