This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I bought this and have no complaints. It is a solid ride, super fast and fun to drive. It is very futuristic and I think it will hold its value mostly because there will be few sold due to tariffs and trumps anti EV stance. If VW could sell the cargo version in the US, there would be a million on our roads within a couple of years. I love my ID Buzz and am excited to drive spending less than $1.00 to go 30 miles.

My first Cadillac purchase was a pleasure in 2020 with salesperson Dave Robinson. I have been having my oil changed a few times since then. Renata in the service dept was great and the waiting area is comfortable with workstations, water, coffee, and snacks. They even washed my car. I highly recommend this dealership.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

The car drives great, super clean, and our experience with getting in and out was fast, easy, and actually enjoyable! Michael is not your typical shady used car dealer. We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Last night I picked up a 2026 Corolla LE, the most painless car buying experience ever, thanks to our salesman Kayo Gomes he made what’s normally a stressful experience into one of pure delight. We got the car we wanted for the right price, we hope that this car brings us as much joy and lasts as long as our first Corolla which is still on the road after 19 years. This 2022 is my 3rd Sienna, after a 2001 and a 2011. I would buy it again without hesitation. A few disappointments, which seem to be the result of cost-cutting: My '11 LE had a standard roof rack, now it is an option even on the XLE, and not a common one. Through the years, the inability to easily stow or remove the 2nd row seats has been a widespread complaint. Instead of improving that feature, they made it MUCH worse, and also told you not to try! Some people buy the Odyssey for this one reason. I would not do that. Sienna is still a better van, but what about "ongoing improvement?" They took away the left hand coin box, you can no longer open the 3rd row vent windows, the convex "back-seat observation" mirror is a TOTAL joke, they got rid of the overhead sunglass storage, they don't have a 12v connection in the hatch area, they cheaped out on the factory-installed hitch (looks like an amateur add-on), and although the vehicle is rated for 3,500 lbs towing, the optional factory hitch is the lighter-rated 1.25" size, which I think is limited to 2,500 lbs. My lower-line '11 LE had none of these shortfalls. Now, at over $40k, my upscale XLE sometimes makes me feel like I lost something. Even after this list, I love the van, and have no regrets. The benefits of AWESOME dependability, 35 mpg in or out of town, 8 passenger capability, comfort, nice styling, and quiet operation outweigh any complaints. I expect to have it until it hits 250,000 miles.

We had a great experience working with Edinson at Woburn Toyota in leasing our new 2026 Grand Highlander. I’ll be honest, car shopping is not one of favorite things to do in life. The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

I usually get SUVs or Trucks from American Brands. I wanted to get my self a really nice seadan. Tim Martino the GM was out on vacation but made sure that everything was done properly and I was treated like a VIP. My father was in the car industry. I know the games and gimmicks the people like to run. I'm extremely happy that I only had to go to one place and had a great experience. I'm now part of the mbob family.

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.
