I stopped in and CARA was available to walk to my vehicle w/ me and show me how to delete old locations on my I-phone! She was super helpful and patient/ w/ me!! The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

This was by far the best experience I?ve had buying a new car. From entering and being greeted by Julia, to Calvin finding me a car and test driving and making a sale. The whole process went smoothly. Calvin took extra time with me to make sure I got the right car for me and even after purchasing he made sure I knew how all the features of my new car worked. (He came in on his day off) I really felt as though they take of you like family at Ganley Nissan in Medina.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

In all honesty i went there for the 2016 but walked away with a 2014. That might trigger people but there was reasoning behind it. The guy i worked with was honest and even ran codes on the cars to let me know of any possible repairs or tune ups that might be needed. He walked me over to a much better condition car that wasn't even on the site yet and explained everything about it. I took it out for a test drive and he let my mechanic friend look at it a little deeper. Once everything was said and done i walked out with a nicer car for not much more than the one that was messed up. Now i have a nice shiny looking ride that feels great to drive and couldn't be happier. They are affiliated with the larger dealership near them and do the same good work. Go down and talk to them!

It's been a long time since I've experienced such honest and caring service when buying an automobile as I have at Akron Auto Sales. I simply can't say enough good things about this family owned business, but I'll mention a few. The first contact with Rachael: I was running late due a traffic snarl and it was nearly their closing time. Rachel said not to worry we'll wait for you. When I got there I was slightly stressed, but Rachel was so relaxed and assured me to take whatever time I needed to look over the Toyota 4Runner I had called about. After a quick check of the car, I asked her to hold the car until morning when I could come back for a better. inspection. I subsequently bought the car and I really enjoy owning it. Now for the service AFTER the sale. The business addressed every little concern both at the time of sale and for several weeks afterward. Their mechanics are phenomenal. Jordan has an unbelievable memory and attentiveness to the details of my concerns, and even fixed several small items I was willing to do myself. I am just not used to such "old school" service where someone cares so much about the customer. I could easily go on and on. I would not hesitate to buy any car on their lot. Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Nice gentlemen to work with, easy process to get the car purchased. They let us get the car on a lift to examine the underside, which we very much appreciated.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.

Had a tire damaged by road hazard. They got the tire, scheduled me right sway, mounted and balanced it and gave me a very fair price. This has been our experience ever since we bought our first Grand Cherokee from them

I've had a 2007 Caravan that I drove for 7 years then sold still running well. Then bought a 2009 Grand Caravan that had a couple of minor electrical issues and sold it still running 2 years ago. Just bought another Grand Caravan (a 2014) and I'm hoping to get as much out of it as the others. Cargo space : Awesome, you can get 4x8 sheets of plywood in the back with the Stow N Go down and unlike a pick up your load stays dry. Not super but not bad on fuel. A Fairly comfy ride for around town and on trips but it's build more for family to-and-fros. I hear some folks complaining about transmissions but if you follow the recommended trans fluid and filter changes and don't try to haul anything too heavy you should be ok. I've never had an issue with any CG trans. If you're buying used and want to be sure - avoid any with hitches already on them or obviously had them on at some point. Bottom line for me - great vehicle, fits a tight budget, lasts without constant repairs, very utilitarian, useful investment. Too bad they don't make them anymore.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

A couple of years ago, I brought my Buick here for service after a disappointing experience at the dealership where I originally purchased it. I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.
