My visit to the Honda/Nissan dealership was quite pleasant. I contacted Luke Wandling over email, asking a few questions about a car I was interested in taking a look at. When I entered the dealership, he was right there to greet me. He was very friendly, kind, and helpful. Throughout the process, he made it easy and pleasant. In the end, I didn’t end up buying that car as it had more things to fix than I could afford. But Luke handled this news very well, and said we’d be in touch in the future if need be.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I was in town only to drop off my daughter at ISU when the check engine light came on. It was late, but they worked me in and addressed the problem. This was amazing and appreciated service, as I had a multiple hour drive back home. Thank you!

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

I was looking for a used SUV within a specific price range, and I decided to stop at Acura of Johnston. Chester had been my sales person, and he was welcoming and accomodating. He listened to what I wanted and showed me a vehicles I'd actually be interested in, which is so much nicer than the typical experience of being shown things that are either out of your price range or not what you're looking for. The dealership is clean, well presented, and the staff is friendly. Chester is great, and needs commended for his patience, as the vehicle I purchased only had one key (not the dealer's fault! The previous owner didn't provide it) and I was persistent on confirming this. Overall, I had a good experience at Acura of Johnston, and I didn't expect to buy at the first place I shopped, but this time, I did. They actually try to work with you, and that's appreciated.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

Over the weekend I went to purchase a vehicle from Tom's, this was a first time for me going there. I'm usually pretty anxious before going to look at cars with that feeling like the sales people are on you and pressuring you but it was not like that here at all. I felt very comfortable as soon as we got there. There were a few people working and you can tell that they really enjoy what they do. It was a friendly, easy going environment yet professional. From the test drive to signing the paperwork the entire process was super easy and fun. We worked with Joe B, he was awesome! The air conditioning wasn't as cold as it normally would be and even though we purchased the vehicle he made sure that we were able to get that taken care of under their expense. I love my car and I will definitely be back for future purchases.

We are Sienna fans! We've had a 2004 and now a 2014. We like the comfortable ride, intuitive controls, great visibility and the awesome reliability.

Joe treated us like family from start to finish. Kia worked around my family dynamics (we have a baby and a toddler) with a smile on their face. They went above and beyond to help us keep our kids happy during the paperwork experience since that takes time. I would 100% recommend working with Joe in sales and the owner at this facility. We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

My Dad has bought 4 cars from Toms before he over he passed away. I myself have bought at least 2 as far as I am concerned Toms auto is the only place to go for a Used car! So, as you can see, we have never been disappointed. This car I bought 3 days ago is the best yet! I had a saleperson that was great! We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I set up an appointment on line then the salesman said he would have it ready outside. Our appointment was 3 days out. When we got there the car handnot been processed yet It needed work done and it was dirty. We test drove it and liked the car and the price. Also when we got there the cost of the car had gone up a couple of hundred dollars. Because I copied what we saw on line and our preapproval they gave up the price we first saw. That was nice. The car needed some work done on it and they did it for no cost to us. It took over a week and a couple of phone calls. We now have the car we expected to bring home the day we got it.

My car had been serviced by another local jeep dealership yet I still found myself sitting on the side of the road 2 days later. I called Dewey Dodge/Jeep and was blessed to find Stacey. She has gone above and beyond to help me throughout the repair process. She has managed the extended warranty as well as assisting with the repair of damage incurred by the other dealer. The deal was pretty much trouble-free, and I got 4% under invoice pricing on the deal. I had to fly up to Granger Iowa from Houston TX to pick up my truck. So far, the truck has run beautifully with no problems. I would recommend this dealership, specially if looking for the absolute best pricing possible on a vehicle.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Went in to buy a used Tundra. Got there, and the battery was dead. After negotiations were done, they still replaced the battery. Awesome experience, best I’ve had in awhile. I’ll be back.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.
