I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

My overall experience at the Rochester Hills used car location was 5/5. The guy who greeted me in was very friendly and took care of any questions that I had. They seemed very organized and honest with any question I had regarding the car I was interested in. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. Aaron asked me to just give him half a day to see if he could do something for me to get me in the Solar Yellow Renegade I wanted. Aaron found a new Solar Yellow with the Power Sunroof and referred me to his manager Gus Abdal who called me to go over my non-negotiables and my negotiables. Both gentlemen worked their magic and not only found me a Renegade with all of my non-negotiables but one with many additional upgrades. They honored the price the other dealer and I had agreed upon even though this new car had all the bells and whistles and cost more. They made it happen! They sent a driver out of state to retrieve it and when it came time to come in and sign all of the paperwork, Aaron saw me walking over to Gus?s desk and stopped what he was busily working on to say, ?So, today?s the big day! Picking up the Renegade I see. I `m so happy it worked it. Are you excited?? with a huge smile on his face. Gus?s manager also came over to introduce himself and welcomed me to the Jeep family. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Car buying has ALWAYS been a stressful experience. No matter how prepared I am, the grand cacophony of texts and emails is overwhelming. This time around was no exception...until...Mike from Nissan of Macomb rose above the hubbub. He didn't send a message that said, "Call to schedule a drive" like all the others. Instead, he answered our initial inquiry about a specific car. Rather than simply saying it was "available" he took the time to detail the entire cost so we knew immediately that it was in our family's budget. This is how we prefer to work. His attentiveness "drove" us to start our physical search at Nissan of Macomb. The dealership was clean and we were welcomed immediately. Throughout the entire process Mike was kind, professional and patient. He answered our questions, listened to what we were looking for and was never pushy. We had come in a couple of hours before closing and never felt rushed to leave. Our first choice in vehicle was available on site and he pulled it around for us himself. The other two were not available, but he brought out one of their equivalents. He took his time explaining features and answering our questions. He also encouraged us to take a test drive for longer than we'd planned. We loved the car that was our first choice. We'd come in with pre-approved financing from our bank. However, Nissan is running end-of-month incentives and we were able to get a better rate through Nissan. Mike took us to the reception area, showed us the window where we could see the service area and offered us refreshments. While sitting there to wait for our application to be processed, I realized we had grossly underreported our income. I ran to find Mike in a panic. That's when I met Noah who was very friendly and professional. He found Mike for me within moments of my talking to him. Mike took me to Corey who was just about to send our application. My adrenaline was rushing so my thought process was slowed. Corey and Mike stood with me while I calmed down and Corey (who was also incredibly friendly) worked through the math with me. I mean, I was totally frazzled and both of them were so incredibly helpful and patient. Our application was processed quickly and before we even realized it, our new car was taken for detailing. We knew when we started this process that we wanted to buy soon. We had done our homework, but we honestly hadn't thought that we would go in and come out with our car the same night. Mike guided us through everything remaining friendly and patient the whole time, even as it grew past closing time. We were taken to do our paperwork. I believe the gentleman who helped us is named, Richard, but I was so tired at that point I may have that wrong. So sorry if I do. "Richard" guided us through the paperwork without being pushy and was very professional. At this point, I'm sure everyone wanted to go home, but we were still treated so well by every single person we met. Corey even came out to congratulate us on our new car as Mike was handing us the keys and going over a few features. I know this review is long, and perhaps won't be thoroughly read by consumers, but I hope the owners and managers of Nissan of Macomb do read every word. Mike, Corey, Noah and Richard as well as everyone else we encountered were absolutely wonderful. We are thrilled with our purchase and the entire process. We look forward to continuing our relationship through the service department and will make this our first stop when it's time to replace our other car. Thank you for making what is typically a very anxiety provoking process for me run seamlessly. This is a gem of a dealership!

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Everything seems great with it not had it long I see people saying electrical issues like it randomly dying we went through this and all it was is the battery isn't mounted and needs to be held still in place my battery slid over making the hot wire rub the belt it died multible times until I realized it was rubbing I tied a wire around battery to lock in place and some black tape to fix the hot wire
