Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Friendly service and very eager to help. Offer a wide variety of cars and will help look with exactly what you’re looking for. Nice dealership and would recommend to a friend!

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Prompt and honest service . The service adviser was upfront and honest with his advice . Rk pays for Uber service you need a ride . Overall great and respectful service .

Have driven my 2007 KIA Sedona 180,00 miles with very few problems. Also own a 2017 Sedona which is nice with more bells and whistles, but the 2007 has more pep and rides as smooth as the 2017. Maintenance per mile on both has been much less costly than GM, Ford, and Chrysler products that I had in the past.

Wonderful, courteous service. I rarely carry cash, I use certain credit cards related to business or cash back (from the card) offers. At checkout I was told I had to pay a 3% charge to use my credit cards. Then I had to request they apply credits I already had on file, this is a no brainer.

Toyota Sienna is a nice vehicle to own and drive. Seats 8 people and we need every seat. Weekend trips summer driving vacations are a pleasure. Plenty of power smooth quiet ride and most of all dependable

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Went to this dealer for a mail in my tire. Not only did they repair the tire, they didn’t charge me. Everyone there was friendly & accommodating, even though I had a minor problem. Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Having problems with the driver side, side door and rear door. Rear door is coming down when you are still standing under it. Side door won't close,or unlock properly.

He does so with class, and I admire that. Wherever he works, wherever he is selling automobiles, I WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM DAVID. If he is selling Toyota, then I will buy a Tundra. If he is selling Dodge, then I will buy a RAM. If he is selling Ford, then I will buy the F series truck. Why, because David has taken the time to know what I need and what I like. That means something to me. I am certain that if David is selling it, then I will surely want to buy it! I especially like the way he trained his young apprentice (I can?t remember his name), but this young man called my wife and I twice during our 7-hr. drive home to ensure that we were traveling ok. Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

I had a appointment schedule they were slow to get started and the young lady to check me out took forever. She wasn't sure of what she was doing. Not really friendly.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!
