I don't do a ton of posting but I have to tell you all about my experience with this auto dealer! I am 57 years old and I have bought sold many cars and trucks throughout my lifetime. I can honestly tell you that this was the most pleasurable, most hassle free auto buying experience that I ever had. From the moment I walked in the door, test drove the vehicle, negotiated an amazing price, and got through financing, the whole process took no more than an hour and a half. I was so surprised and I can actually say dumbfounded when they called my name to sign the paperwork and hand me the keys to my new truck. I kid you not an hour and a half they could not have been nicer, they could not have been more accommodating and concerned with my needs and my price range and they got me into the vehicle that I wanted! I drove all the way from Palm Springs to Temecula and Greg Carey the Fleet / internet sales manager had the truck set aside for me with my name on it so it wouldn't be sold until I got there. The truck was detailed, filled with gasoline and the paperwork was ready. All we had to do was agree on a price and I was out of there. Do yourself a solid and go see Greg and his team, and you'll have the best buying experience of your life I promise. Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

It's very rare to find a dealership that will not try to rip you off or forces you to go back and forth with negotiating. Bob Matson and the sales team were phenomenal and they made the car leasing process so easy. I reached out to Bob with all the details on exactly what I wanted, my credit history, lease terms and he sent me a list of inventory and their pricing. Their pricing was close to the advertised offers from Honda, something that no other dealer that I reached out to in the San Diego/Riverside area came close, and half of them wanted me to go in person to negotiate. Poway Honda was the exception, we had agreed on the pricing, I showed up, saw the car, filed a credit report form, and a few minutes later I was signing the rest of the paperwork and on my way out. This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

I spoke over the phone with a sales Gentlemen that help me not only by recommending a good BMW dealership to get a pre purchase inspection but also gave me helpful, accurate and truthful information on refinancing the loan to a credit union for lower interest rates and monthly payments. I'm def going to go ahead and schedule a pre inspection

Great experience. Great customer service from Tim Taylor. Everyone at the dealer was very helpful! The car we bought was fairly priced and in great condition. Was only missing floor mats - which we had to buy separately. I would definitely shop for my next car at East County Preowned Superstore.

After looking on CarGurus, we saw they had a couple of Acura's at a very good deal. We had the opportunity to work with AJ, who help us out with seeing both, answering all our questions and test driving. After we were completely satisfied with the vehicle, we then talked with Pouria who help us get the best deal and even letting us trade in our extremely used older Acura for much more than we expected! We got through the deal and brought it home. After driving a few days, we noticed a noise with one of the wheels. After calling in they transferred us over to Carlos in the service department who asked us to bring it in and took care of the issue within 24hrs. I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I recently purchased a 2023 Accord EX and had assistance from Martin and Evan. Both of them were extremely helpful and negotiating the price was painless. I've seen a few negative reviews about bait-n-switch tactics and pressure on purchasing extended warranties. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. The ability to negotiate is a powerful tool and both Martin and Evan were very respectful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely continue doing business with them in the future!

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

At no point of the buying experience was it forceful or pushed in any way. Cy and Jonathan were amazing, very efficient and thorough. Definitely recommend!

My 3rd in this series. 1st was a 1978 GMC 2500 that took me 440,000 miles. Second was a 1992. Powerful and useful for business and pleasure. Newest version is 2014 Express 2500. Tows 10,000 lbs. Hauled 4000lbs of test weights inside with no trouble. Got 19 mpg on a 500 mile r/t between DC and Columbia, S.C. (empty). Love the style, would buy again

The van gets great fuel economy. Very easy to drive and comfortable on long distance trips. Lots if safety features that add value. Entertainment system and internet access options make it very convenient.

This van is perfect for small transportation to large groups of people and great on gas! Also has power for the typical mountain passes where i live.

I saw a 2019 Honda Odyssey in the website of doc Paramus Honda in NJ and I saw the vehicle Saturday and by Monday Marc García and Wael were able to work with me and my husband to take that vehicle home even BEFORE seeing it. Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Rob was super helpful and my car was finished ahead of time. I appreciate the fast and friendly service! The waiting room was very nice, lots of complimentary snacks and drinks and the seats were comfy and clean.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

What an amazing experience! I had the pleasure to have John Khalil as my sales agent, who happens to not only be a welcoming and zealous sales agent at CarMax of Oceanside, CA, but also a very talented painting artist!! He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. I still drive this vehicle with 245,000 miles. I purchased it new in 2014. It was the perfect vehicle up to 150,000 miles. I only did maintenance, & changed tires, battery, etc. After that everything electrical started to go. Transmission was replaced at about 240,000 miles. Now I’m getting an oil leak fixed from wear & tear. I would recommend keeping this vehicle up to 150,000 miles. Though the repairs are still less expensive than a car payment, I wouldn’t buy another with high mileage.
