Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

The sales guy, Tony, was friendly, experienced, not pushy at all. The whole process went off without a hitch. Financing was no problem - we worked through some minor issues easily.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

John Vang was amazing, genial and knowledgeable and was prepared to show us a variety of used cars that met our needs. Everyone from front desk to finance was friendly and took the initiative to leave us with as few questions as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend doing a test drive with John and with Luther!

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

My wife's vehicle is very old, but she really likes it, so we keep it running. The dealership treats the car like it is brand new and has fixed several issues for us over the last year. They have done a great job and are meticulous about the work they do on her vehicle.

I saw a 2019 Honda Odyssey in the website of doc Paramus Honda in NJ and I saw the vehicle Saturday and by Monday Marc García and Wael were able to work with me and my husband to take that vehicle home even BEFORE seeing it. We wanted to trade in our 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT in on something larger, and we already have a 2024 Outlander SEL that we purchased from White Bear Mitsubishi. Even though our car was in great condition, with only 21,000 miles, all of the dealerships gave us a low trade-in offer, (Toyota, Mazda, etc.) Carmax gave us a low offer to purchase. Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

Had a flat tire on our 2022 Jeep Cherokee, vehicle didn't have a spare tire or fix a flat. Mike at Ryan's front counter was super to work with and found that we had roadside assistance. Got me the phone number and had the vehicle towed to Buffalo. Mike also ordered the fix a flat that was suppose to be in the vehicle when purchased. Service repaired the tire in a timely manner. We have the 2025 XSE AWD without leather seats. It is very comfortable to drive and ride in, has lots of power, and has many safety features. With the 3 traction (not plug in) hybrid motors we have averaged over 33 mpg (reviews claim 35/36) with combined driving using regular unleaded gas. Only downside is there is no spare tire, but instead an inflation kit.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

User - Friendly experience overall. Staff Was good to work with and despite being very busy we were able to get the deal done relatively quickly. The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.
