I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

Outstanding Van. We bought this van brand new and just passed 250K miles. Same motor and transmission. I've replaced radiator at 230K miles and alternator at 200K miles. Everything else was routine maint. I will keep driving it until it dies.

We had a phenomenal experience with this dealership. Ray was helpful, responsive, professional and polite. He was very transparent about all the used vehicles on the property. He did not rush us or push us to buy and allowed us to come to a decision that was best for our family. We chose a used car at a fair price. We have been very happy with it. We went back a month later with our adult son who decided to purchase his own used car there. He and we had an equally positive experience with the same dealer (Ray). This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Today 9/2/2022 I purchased A car from this dealership and was amazed by the amazing customer service and HONESTY. I've been some really bad experiences with car dealership recently that made me very tentative in having any kind of dealings with Car dealership just because of their dishonesty and greed. I was very tentative in dealing with this dealership as well until I have a friend went their first and check the car out and not only that but to make sure they are honest people and he gave me great review of the business and told me to go get the car that it's a good car and at a steal. I went the re and met the owner and he was very upfront with me with the pricing and the fees and he was just so friendly and kind and hospitable and accommodating and very understanding. I wasted out of there feeling like I have just hit the Jackpot as I have found a diamond in the rough dealership that is not consume by greed and the need to rip customers off. Triple M motors was incredibly helpful. I was able to get rid of my broken down piece of junk and trade it in for a newer model. Danny provided me with very useful information that made my decision easy.

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

This is a great van. Stow and go seats mean tons of room. Driver seat is fully powered and very comfortable to sit in. Without a doubt the most comfortable vehicle I have ever had.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

We love our minivan. Just make sure you get a mechanic to check it out before you but it and negotiate the price. 2 more words

I bought the 2014 Kia Sedona used in 2018 and I pretty much love it except for the dashboard controls. They are not user friendly or intuitive (for the driver to understand). I dread having to put the defogger and defroster on because I have to wait until I'm at a stop light or someplace where I can take the time to figure out which buttons and dials to push and turn, find the symbols on dashboard, etc. Maybe it's partly because I need reading glasses and I can't wear them while driving, but still. This is the only car I've owned where I had such a hard time using the dashboard controls. There are just too many. I also just tried pairing my cell phone with the Sedona's bluetooth so I would be able to use the hands-free phone calling feature, but it just kept telling me "pairing failed" over and over and I have no idea why. I just gave up because I have zero patience with that kind of stuff. It's hard enough to get the heat or AC to the right temperature and coming out of the desired vents, there's no way I will be able to get the phone feature to work. Don't even get me started on the windshield wiper situation. omg I also wish it got better gas mileage. I mainly drive around town with some brief highway driving and I usually get around 18 mpg. It is great for camping if you take out the middle seats and fold down the rear seats, you can make it into a mini-campervan. That was the main reason I bought it. It also is great for hauling stuff with all the seats down/removed. Oh, and speakers for the audio system are awesome!

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

I bought this car with 200k miles on it. Still runs great and its a perfect car if your looking for more luggage space. Great camping car too! I just love this van and I couldn't ask for more.
