This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

Was looking for a conversation van. Found 1 on the lot. Needed A/C repair. Said they would fix it. Put down a miniscule amount to hold. In the meantime numerous offers came. This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.

Chrysler was the first and the best at the minivan! Tons of miles and it just kept on running. Lots of room and seating. Years later they look odd, but they were very functional and reliable.

Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

Great experience with Nine Stars Auto. I recommend calling ahead for a test drive as some cars are kept inside. It gives them time to pull the car out and get it ready for you. PJ was awesome when we arrived and quickly brought us the keys. We did a quick test drive but no time limit was mentioned. We had all of our questions answered and never felt at all pressured to buy. Once we sat down to do the paperwork it was a very quick process and I was out the door with the keys to my Polestar 2. I’ve had zero issues with the car. It charges perfectly and easily paired with my phone. This was my first used car buying experience and it was great.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.
