I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Very punctual and attentive. Kept us informed of progress. She gets a 10 out of ten.

We knew the car we were getting before we got there. Did check out on the internet before we went, made an appointment with Owen and went up. Was greeted by a nice lady who got Owen for us . He brought the car around and said to drive it around for awhile and he would checkout my trade. After all was said and done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and a little more for our trade then we thought.we met with the general manager and the finance man. Everybody there was fantastic!!! Definitely would recommend the dealership and ask for Owen he was great.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Xavier was the salesman who assisted me in the purchase. I had already scouted out some cars online. They have a great website with everything you need to know about the cars. They even have the Carfax info for the cars. Xavier did a good job of keeping things rolling for me on a busy Saturday. I bought the car that most fit my needs and they worked with me to get me the price that fit my budget.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

We took our newly purchased Toyota Prius to VA for a shake down cruise. Found some minor issues. Called Chris. Brought the car in, they gave us a loaner, then knocked out the work. Thanks to ALL! Wife and I are happy!

This vehicle has been a great resource for a long time, lasted about 10-11 years, or longer than that. We had some issuues with the extieror body but yeah.

Keith is pretty helpful with the process of buying a car. They’re pretty transparent and you can bring your mechanic and check out the car before leaving the lot.

The 3.3 liter V6 is under powered especially if you carry six passengers. Had to replace a catalytic converter at 132,000 miles code po420 bank 2. a disappointment. The engine is basically a Camry engine. Toyota should of put a larger displacement engine in this van.

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. In the past, I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships and I can tell you that Trend Auto is the best!!! I cannot recommend their top notch service highly enough. This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.

When needing a reliable, cost effective and trustworthy car I found a BMW with low mileage available at the CarPoint Auto Group through the Internet. I asked, who are these people nearly an hour’s drive from my home but the car looked really fit for purpose. When I drove to this small and out of the place location in South River (I live near Chester, NJ) I was really excited to see their stock of class cars both old, and new in outstanding conditions. This excited me as well as viewing the lower cost BMW fit for my purpose. Then I met Victoria Mora the sales consultant whom had kindly contacted me from the Internet interactions re the BMW. She had been both friendly and helpful in her phone call and mirrored that when we met and she was delightful. Explained about the history of the car, its benefits for my needs and allowed me to test drive kindly handling my own car that was parked in a less than convenient spot - kind of her. When we returned, Victoria neither pushed not pressured any sale but listened to my questions and gave honest and prompt responses such that I felt through her I already knew the car and had been driving it for years. She was instrumental in my quickly wanting to purchase the car. But I could not collect immediately so she accommodated my distant needs without hesitation despite it being a small inconvenience to her and the owner; they were so accommodating. When I drove to collect, being short of time due to poor traffic conditions, Victoria was swift, efficient, friendly and outgoingly helpful that we completed the sale/purchase formalities swiftly and without a hitch and I was able to drive off in the BMW to meet my previous appointments made possible only because of her professionalism, customer dedication and kindness. Now I know about this small, out of the way jewel and when I move from this fit for purpose BMW I will most certainly visit them again and aim to upgrade to a more sophisticated model that better suits my dreams. Well it fits all 7 members of my family. Has pretty good gas mileage. It is comfortable and doesn't take 3 years to get up to 35-40 miles per hour.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I have driven this vehicle for 16 years and made 15 round trips to Miami Beach Florida From Chicago Illinois (snow bird) along with moderate daily driving. Performing basic maintenance mostly through a Toyota dealer. Relatively low mileage of 82,000 miles with only one minor incident. Before that I’ve driven dodge caravan unreliably. This is a fantastic vehicle. We liked it so much we bought a 2020 model and continue to drive the 2005. In many ways I prefer the 2005 or the newer version. Of course time will tell how the 2005 holds up.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Just got a Bmw 528i 2016 from this dealership, the car was purchased exactly from a month ago, its been running good and no significant problems. I would like to thanks Alex for helping me out, when i went to buy i month ago the car had a check engine light, i asked Alex about it and he agreed to get it fixed for me which took 1 week, honestly i was a little disappointed at first but i trusted it them and they got it ready for me, and they were also good with the prices and no scams as i understood it was just a dealership fee. So, overall i would suggest this dealership as they didn't disappointment me much and thanks to Alex for helping me out.

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

I’ve been having both my 2015 and 2020 Sonatas serviced at Fred Beans, where I bought them. And I’ll be buying the 2023 as soon as it’s available. I live in Bridgewater. There are more convenient Hyundai dealers for me. But I’ve had nothing but top notch, courteous service there in Flemington, and I have no intention of going elsewhere. Sales people are great, service folks are top notch and staff is first rate. I’ve never had a problem, a complaint or a regret.

We were in the market for a late model BMW 528i Xdrive, and shopped at several local BMW NJ dealers, however we found most of those experiences to be less than satisfactory. We were not sure about purchasing out of state, but decided to look into a listing at Integrated Automotive Services. The best decision we made during our time shopping for this car. I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.
