This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business. And I can’t leave Chris out !!!!

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

We worked with Steve who was our salesman. Steve was a genuine, honest, lovely man who just want it to make us happy. He didn’t push anything. He was thorough, helpful, and I felt as though we were treated with respect and kindness and honesty.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

We’re very nice got back to me right away but I couldn’t get there they were farther then I thought. .

When I decided I wanted a minivan I knew I wanted a Honda. Its spacious, comfortable, has plenty of options and runs great. My only complaint is the gas mileage.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I think this vehicle will last more than 300,000 plus miles as long as you take care of it’s oil on a regular basis. As well as trAnsmission oil. Remember it’s only a four cylinder engine that’s make it easy to maintain.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

Yesterday my husband and I bought a certified pre-owned Odyssey from JL Freed. Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Service advisor Mike Jenkins was outstanding! I took my Honda Accord there on a late Saturday morning with no appointment due to an emergency situation (sudden low tire pressure warning). He had me in and out in a little over an hour. He could not have been any more understanding, cooperative and “customer friendly”! I give him and this dealership five stars at every level! Our Pilot died on the turnpike near West Chester/Downington on our way home from Atlantic City to Pittsburgh. Not knowing what to do, I called the closest Honda dealer, Reedman Toll. I spoke with Chris and being that it was about lunchtime, wasn't sure if he could even take a look at it. We had it towed there and not only were they able to take a look at it, they installed a new alternator and discovered that our timing belt was about to go any minute and Chris and the mechanics were generous enough to stay a little late and were able to replace that too! We were able to get back on the road and make it home the same day! I can't say enough good things about Chris and the mechanics that helped out out of a bind!! If I lived in the area, I would service my vehicle there all the time. Fantastic customer service, please give that guy a raise! Thank you again!

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!
