I recently went to purchase a newer truck. John back was my salesperson he took my keys to my truck . I told him what I was looking for. We made a deal.This is my 3rd vehicle I bought from him he is a great saleperson and will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with puchase of a vehicle. Mann dodge jeep chrysler is the only place I would buy a vehicle from, everyone from sales to owner and service department is very nice and helpful. I wiill not buy from nobody else. Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

l live in central Iowa. l became familiar with Jake and company last spring thru a friend and visited their website. They had exactly what l was looking for and l made the purchase. l was extremely impressed with the price, their courtesy, and attention to detail. The Nissan Maxima l purchased had already been completely inspected and serviced. ln September l drove to Waseca and purchased a second car from them for my daughter. For me, based on my previous experience, it was worth the drive. Waseca County Auto Sales delivers on what they say. l give them 5 Stars and will not hesitate to visit them again.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I looked everywhere for a good used dependable car at a great price and was getting nowhere. I was overwhelmed. We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.

This transaction was primarily done online because I live 6 hours and 40 minutes away. I completed an online contact form but ended up calling the dealership. Julian was my sales person and he was great. He answered all of my questions promptly and returned calls promptly. Everything was lined up for my trade before I drove up, which saved a lot of time once I got there. This was not my first distance purchase. Their warranty on used vehicles is part of the reason I chose this particular car and was willing to travel over 6 hours to get it. I highly recommend Julian for anyone considering a vehicle here or who is purchasing long distance. Everyone I worked with was great and when I needed a temp tag after the sale due to Kentucky law, it was handled promptly. Even after the sale was complete, they were still available and handled the issue immediately. Five stars.

This is the perfect van for traveling. It is comfortable and there is plenty of room for luggage. This is one of the few vehicles that has enough legroom for my husband in the passenger seat. He is 6'5". It is large enough that I can hold my own on the interstate. Would of kept this one except we were interested in a hybrid.

Originally scheduled an appointment to see a Mazda Miata they had. Came across a Buick Cascada that they also had, and that seemed to be a better fit. Frank was very accommodating and helpful, willing to show me both vehicles. Great price on the Cascada, and he gave me an additional bit off, so I bought it. They have lots of vehicles, and he and his mechanic, Mike, were great!

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I live in the Chicagoland area and was looking for a Taos with FWD, but for some reason there are no dealers with this SUV on its lot. After looking for this car online and doing some research, I was bombarded with phone calls and emails. Sean sent me a text with a video of the car and introduced himself in the video. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I called Steve to express interest in a vehicle I saw on cars.com. The price was fair and the conversations went smoothly. Steve held this car for me a couple days to allow me to check it out. So, I drove a few hours to see a really nice used Impala SS. It was in much nicer condition than used cars I see on a lot of lots. It was pulled from the sales floor and everything. Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside
