The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

We had been looking for a long time for a good used car to make a long daily commute to and from work. It was frustrating trying to stay in budget! Many of the dealerships we were looking at either had high prices for cars with little to no repair or cleaning, or they DID take care of those things and had the higher sticker price to go with it. Godard had a great selection of really nice cars at really fair prices. What a breath of fresh air! Very laid-back atmosphere -- no high pressure sales. They are confident of what they are selling and the price they are asking, so no need for those tactics. A really nice establishment; comfortable, not flashy. The cars are nicely situated, easy to look at. They have the price displayed on each car (we started walking away from dealers who wouldn't do this). We have already put almost 200 miles on the car and haven't had any trouble. I am SO glad we finally found them!

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

I spoke briefly to Hailee about my last car purchase and how unhappy I felt. So she made a promise that if I come see her that my experience would be different. I absolutely can't believe how helpful the entire staff is. We showed up under pressure to buy a car when the engine blew in the one we were driving. The salesmen greeted us in the parking lot and made us feel very welcome but not in a pushy way. They wanted us to walk the lot and feel free to drive any we thought would work with our budget. The finance department is wonderful. Our credit has taken a hit due to the economy but they were very helpful explaining things to us and helping us through what we found to be a horrible experience at other dealerships. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Again, NOT in a pushy way; it felt genuine. We doubt we will ever purchase from another establishment since finding Godard Auto Sales! I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

This is my fifth Mopar van, three Town & Country models, two Dodge Grand Caravans. When it comes to vans, there are none made better than Chrysler's T&C and the Caravan. My first, a 99 Caravan, went 300,000 miles before having a transmission issue but the motor still ran flawlessly. My 2014 T&C gets a solid 27.8 mpg on the trips we have taken and no other issues have ever interrupted our travels. If I was a millionaire I would have an entire fleet of T&Cs, in every color available. I'd make sure all my friends had one and maybe my enemies too! Why they discontinued such a great model is just baffling!

Dan Schrier was a very good, no pressure, salesperson. I believe I got a very fair price for the car I wanted and it was delivered in beautiful shape and within the time frame, I needed. I met the finance and service managers and felt very welcomed. I love that the oil changes, etc. will be extended to 5 years as long as I use their service department and I plan to do so. I would recommend Summit Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car!

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

The sales man was great and detailed. But the car was dirty and had very little gas in it at the time of purchase which was disappointing. But the salesman tried to do a quick clean and put gas in the car just before I left the dealership. The finance gentleman was informative and helpful. They made up for the car being dirty and not prepared properly.

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

Just purchased my second vehicle from Prime. Got it home and found it to have a transmission leak. Called the next day and they got it right in and fixed it without any hesitation or hidden cost. Was very apologetic that it happened. Used car is just that used. Felt that they were very fair with price, easy to work with, lots of cars, and on both car buying experiences they have been great. The last one they went well above and beyond what was expected. Will continue to buy all used cars from them in the future.

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

I bought this and have no complaints. It is a solid ride, super fast and fun to drive. It is very futuristic and I think it will hold its value mostly because there will be few sold due to tariffs and trumps anti EV stance. If VW could sell the cargo version in the US, there would be a million on our roads within a couple of years. I love my ID Buzz and am excited to drive spending less than $1.00 to go 30 miles.

Their service and personnel never disappoint. Excellent! I wanted a hybrid and really liked the Kia Sorento. This is my third one and it is a hybrid. I love it!

The Kia Carnival is very impressive. First is the exterior with its classy design. The lines are clean and the finish is beautiful and seems to be durable. The fit of the exterior is again clean and precise. Although this is in the MiniVan segment it does not have boring minivan looks. The interior is quite luxurious for a vehicle in this class. It is comfortable and seems like it will kast a long time. The 8 seater models are quite versatile as the rear row folds into the floor and the middle row is fairly easy to remove. This gives you massive cargo space that rivals a work van. Even with the seats in there is a ton of storage space. There is a 7 seat model that features captains chairs in the middle row. These cannot be easily removed. I think most people would prefer the 8 seat models for versatility. The dash is amazing with its modern design and features. The controls are well laid out and easy to operate. The SX level trim features 360 cameras with a top view. There are just so many incredible features this car has that really just need to be seen. I suggest looking at some FB groups for the Carnival as there is just too much to put in writing. The Carnival has a strong v6 that is smooth and also economical. I would say most folks will get slightly above EPA ratings. I was able to get 34.9 mpg of a recent trip but I did have to work at driving conservatively. Most folks should expect 26-29mpg. Slightly less in city or a lot of stop and go. Acceleration is strong and you can set the mode of driving from Sport, Normal, Smart and Eco. These adjust the handling and transmission. Obviously driving aggressively will cost you on gas consumption. I love my Carnival. I has a Ford F-150 Platinum and wanted something better on gas easier to transport goods. This gives me the comfort and space I wanted and was used to. It is easier to park as well. I looked at Toyota, Honda, and Chrysler. All of the competitors were significantly more expensive. The Toyota is a 4cyl Hybrid and I did not like its performance. The Honda seemed a bit dated and not as roomy. The Chrysler has reliability issues but it does have the folding middle row. I just could not see spending more for that feature and a car with poor reliability. The Carnival is actually fun to drive with strong performance comfort and features. It is also packed with safety features. If you want a family vehicle or a versatile comfortable vehicle for hauling the Carnival fits the bill. The other option is an SUV but these are typically bulky, have less room, and do not get great gas mileage. Honestly SUVs are overrated and not worth the extra money.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

My kids are so excited for all the space and how shiny and like new the car is. There are only 56000 mi. on the van and so we are happy that it will be a part of the family for many years to come!

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Mo was incredibly helpful and efficient. I was treated with respect. I will buy from here again.
