We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Bryan assisted me with an oil change today. He was very helpful and kind. He explained the 15,000 mile assessment and I felt informed.

I recently bought Toyota RAV4 from Germain Ford and unfortunately had my CEL on after driving it for a month or two. Fortunately, I had some months of service warranty from them so I called them about the issue and explained things to them and they had me scheduled for a service at a certified Toyota Dealership nearby and promised to take care of the cost and payments involved in servicing the car. Kudos to James from the service team at Germain who led with the paperwork and communication with the dealership making sure everything was settled and taken care of after the service. I really appreciate your team and the good work you guys are doing. They are really great guys and friendly and I highly recommend them for all your great and quality cars to get you on the road!

it was nice joyable but 2008 is better and it has a spear tire and was very nice i rate it 8/10 that better then nothing.

I recently had my Kia in for service and worked with service manager Alex Greenland, and he made this experience truly easy and painless. I had a minor concern and scheduled oil change the day of my appointment. They were able to fix my concern the same day and finish everything rather quickly which I appreciate with my busy work schedule.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I went to Chevy wahlberg and the representative Chad was excellent!!!! I came in and told him exactly what was going on with me and the idea car that I wanted and he delivered ! My family (not me yet, because I'm 15 1/2) has had two Honda Odysseys over the past 9 years. As far as I can remember, the first one caused us very little issue beyond some A/C issues. It was totaled after some doofus hit us while attempting to cut across three lanes of very busy traffic. We bought a second one with just over 100K miles and it was great for a good while. The first repair I can recall was the brake rotors becoming warped and vibrating quite a bit under braking. For a while it was fine, and then small things began to go wrong. Sliding door stuttering (still works for the most part), hydraulics for the trunk going out (sub $100 fix), interior lights dying because of age, and navigation system becoming quite glitchy (DVD is from 2010 anyway). The only larger things are oil and power steering leaks (which are annoying, but manageable), A/C going out,and suspension gettting less firm. The main things still work, though. If you have a little bit of money to cover minor repairs as they come about, and take care of it and treat it like a minivan (not a sports car, because that's not what it is), I would recommend this minivan to the average Joe. As a matter of fact, I'm looking for one as my first car.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

High volume operation. Willing to negotiate. Helpful staff. On the downside, the car (a ‘22 Mustang GT) smelled like a 1 star motel that rents per hour It really needed to be detailed prior to showing yet was on the lot @60 days. I’d buy from them if the car was acceptable.

The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

I recently purchased a car. After about a month, I noticed some grinding in my rear passenger tire. I gave my salesman Chris (Toyota west used cars) a call and told him what was going on. While it was a simple fix, one I probably could’ve done myself if I would’ve looked better, Chris had me bring it back in and the dealership looked at the car and took care of it. This is a major reason I have purchased several cars from this dealership, including when they used to be Hatfield. They are always taking care of their customer. The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.
