This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I have purchased two Hondas from Ourisman Bethesda over the past twenty years and have been very satisfied with my purchases. A key reason I keep coming back to Ourisman is John Thurston, Assistant Service Manager. John knows Honda cars, inside out. He fully understands when maintenance or repairs need to be done. More than that, he is very cost conscious, only recommending services that are required. Finally, he is friendly and courteous, always remembering his customers and their interests and concerns. I cannot recommend John and his service team more highly.

Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

The customer service was pretty good, and the prices were fair. They were willing to negotiate. If I wanted to view a car someone would escort me or at least point me in the right direction

Bought this van in 2000. In 2017 had the transmission rebuilt for 1600. No other maintenance other than routine. Has been good for hauling and transporting family. Is good in snow, mountain driving. Is smooth and comfortable. Am now trying to find a new, smaller vehicle and am having a hard time finding a new car at medium price that drives as smooth, is as easy to drive and is as versatile. No frills, It is just transportation.

Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

This 2022 is my 3rd Sienna, after a 2001 and a 2011. I would buy it again without hesitation. A few disappointments, which seem to be the result of cost-cutting: My '11 LE had a standard roof rack, now it is an option even on the XLE, and not a common one. Through the years, the inability to easily stow or remove the 2nd row seats has been a widespread complaint. Instead of improving that feature, they made it MUCH worse, and also told you not to try! Some people buy the Odyssey for this one reason. I would not do that. Sienna is still a better van, but what about "ongoing improvement?" They took away the left hand coin box, you can no longer open the 3rd row vent windows, the convex "back-seat observation" mirror is a TOTAL joke, they got rid of the overhead sunglass storage, they don't have a 12v connection in the hatch area, they cheaped out on the factory-installed hitch (looks like an amateur add-on), and although the vehicle is rated for 3,500 lbs towing, the optional factory hitch is the lighter-rated 1.25" size, which I think is limited to 2,500 lbs. My lower-line '11 LE had none of these shortfalls. Now, at over $40k, my upscale XLE sometimes makes me feel like I lost something. Even after this list, I love the van, and have no regrets. The benefits of AWESOME dependability, 35 mpg in or out of town, 8 passenger capability, comfort, nice styling, and quiet operation outweigh any complaints. I expect to have it until it hits 250,000 miles.

Great team all around. Our family has purchased several vehicles from the sales team and have had all of our vehicles serviced here. The lounge and shuttle service are perfect, and occasionally, when we've been super busy, we've used the pick-up and delivery service.

Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. I ended up at Alexandria Toyota. Never in my life have I met so many nice and wonderful people in one place and never has such a huge process been so easy! I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I lived my experience at sheehy Honda my sale member was Nicolas his is a great sales man he was kind polite and very respectful I had almost all my kids with me they were very active to say and he helped me with them he gave them papers to draw on and was very patient with me he answered all my questions and helped me with my car he sold me a very nice 2014 Honda odyssey with 66,000 miles I really like my car!!! Also all the staff was very kind and patient with me and the children over all it was a great experience I drove down from Baltimore Md and I was able to take the new car home and leave the car I came with and pick It up the next day they are very helpful as of now I have brought it there for maintenance that process as been great so far thank you sheehy Honda for my new Honda odyssey and Nicolas for such a great experience!!

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Zee and crew were great, I ended up changing my mind, but they were quick to get back to me and very approachable.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Have a 1999 Astro van and has almost 300.000 miles on it and still drives great. Original Motor and Transmisión. Haven’t had any issues yet. I’m trying to make it last till 400.000 at least. I do take good care of it. I love it. Been pretty much all over the United States, Mexico and Canada. I highly recommend it.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

My family has purchased two cars from Malloy in the past two months. From hunting down the interior of the bronco sport we loved from another dealer, to ensuring we got the value we wanted for the Jeep we traded in, they were a pleasure to work with. Car buying is never an easy process, but Malloy makes it as painless as possible.

I have a wonderful 2018 Pacifica Hybrid that I charge with a 7.2 kWh charging station that costs $300 with the optional weather tight receptacle and extra holster! It presently has 76,572 miles with absolutely no problems with anything. I enjoy 20,000 miles between oil changes (due to driving on battery power 50% of the time). I usually average around 28 to 32 miles per charge before the engine starts! Once the engine kicks in, I obtain around 28 to 36 mpg fuel economy using Top Tier gasoline! (Please Note, the first month I owned it, I was only getting 22 mpg). However, at the first month a competent dealer REPROGRAMMED the computer (netting the present mpg). You may be able to find a plug in hybrid that does better. However, you can’t find a seven (7) seat hybrid that is comfortable for six full size Americans driving long distances? Add in the fact that the floor is absolutely FLAT, the second row seats are fairly easy to remove if you need the extra storage! I plan on purchasing another one by the time I put around 100,000 miles on this one (only because that is the warranty on the high voltage battery in my State!). I usually go for weeks at a time without visiting a gas station. If I wanted to I could recharge along most major highways for FREE (if I wanted to wait around for an hour and a half (1 hour 45 minutes))! I hope they are able to increase the high voltage battery capacity in future models (Graphene battery, changing battery chemistry or allowing more of the existing battery to be utilized! My family (not me yet, because I'm 15 1/2) has had two Honda Odysseys over the past 9 years. As far as I can remember, the first one caused us very little issue beyond some A/C issues. It was totaled after some doofus hit us while attempting to cut across three lanes of very busy traffic. We bought a second one with just over 100K miles and it was great for a good while. The first repair I can recall was the brake rotors becoming warped and vibrating quite a bit under braking. For a while it was fine, and then small things began to go wrong. Sliding door stuttering (still works for the most part), hydraulics for the trunk going out (sub $100 fix), interior lights dying because of age, and navigation system becoming quite glitchy (DVD is from 2010 anyway). The only larger things are oil and power steering leaks (which are annoying, but manageable), A/C going out,and suspension gettting less firm. The main things still work, though. If you have a little bit of money to cover minor repairs as they come about, and take care of it and treat it like a minivan (not a sports car, because that's not what it is), I would recommend this minivan to the average Joe. As a matter of fact, I'm looking for one as my first car.
