My wife and I were visiting the Oklahoma City area and our car would not start. We found Bob Howard and we are glad we did! They worked us into their schedule and we were happy with the repair!

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

Fwd:We bought a new Kia in June last year from Kalidy Kia. We got a great deal and we still like our new car. We dealt with sales manager Corey Suter. Everyone treated us with kindness and respect, and a little humor. At that time we had an oral agreement for 2 free oil changes. We did not have that in writing. Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Morgan is the greatest. We have a Rav 4 hybrid and I have been very pleased with the service. The only issue I would have, if the wait is very long customer should be updated to the status of repair work being done. But the service is great! Car was given a good going over and fixed where needed. Morgan is extremely helpful!!! Keeps my vehicle running great

More over head entertainment. The one tv makes it harder for the rear passengers to see it. One per row would be great and a better sound system.

TJ was the representative. Very thorough. I like the text communication of service updates letting me know what is going on with the auto and when the auto is ready.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

Billy Patee was our salesman, he went beyond our expectations. He did everything he could to get us into our vehicle. I went in on Saturday to Bob Howard with a very specific need in mind with a much lesser vehicle in mind. Taylor was my salesperson and Payton was the GM. Both individuals worked diligently to help ensure that I was able to meet my specific needs with a much nicer truck than I had in mind. They were both very patient in assisting me with my new purchase. Needless to say I was and am very happy with my purchase and would very much do it again.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

In the days of corona virus John Vance motors was offering internet buying. The offer by Mr. Vance on video seemed sincere. Since it was sight unseen I expected the sales force to be my eyes and ears on site and be and do more than if I were there to check things myself. I asked several questions about various things, got affirmative answers and was assured twice that "they check everything". When car was delivered (400 miles) there were many things that were wrong (they did not check everything), without going into detail of all the problems I notified the sales people by email, no response. I notified John Vance, the owner, and can't say enough good about John. He took care of things immediately and as much as possible for me being distant, said that is not the way they do business. I believe him, and I feel confident that the next internet sale will be treated with integrity and double check "everything" thoroughly. If only reviewing John it would be 5 star.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

One of my alarms showed up and I was 5 minutes from your place, so I stopped in. It took a while because I didn?t have an appointment, but TJ was AMAZING!! He kept me informed of the progress, assured me that my issue was still under warranty, and he gave me one of his own cans of ?foo-foo? water, because he found out I like them. He went really over the top for my comfort and assurance, and I really appreciated it. In fact, I bought my car at a different Honda dealership because you all didn?t have what I needed when I was looking. I was planning to follow up with my repairs at the other place, but TJ changed my mind on it, due to his extra touch!! I will stay with Bob Howard now!!

Back in December 2020 we sent out inquiries to twelve Jeep dealers within 70 miles of Stillwater (our home). Only six bothered to reply. Of those six, your salesperson, Jennifer Medina, was by far the most enthusiastic and helpful. She sent us two separate videos introducing herself and wanting to take care of our Jeep purchase. Solely because of Jennifer, we recently purchased a new Jeep Sahara from John Vance Auto Group. Jennifer facilitated that purchase. We found the whole process to be quite satisfactory. The Jeep arrived just as we had ordered it, and was transferred to us for the price agreed upon. It appears to be functioning according to spec, and we are quite satisfied with it. We don't normally take the trouble to write a review, but what is really prompting us to do so now is the service provided to us by Jennifer. She was polite, friendly, and attentive on every occasion we dealt with her. When we had questions, she answered them directly and honestly. If she didn't know the answer, she stayed with it until she got one for us. When we took delivery on the vehicle, she suggested a time when she could spend some time with us going over all the things that have changed since our old Jeep. She didn't rush us--let us get the feel of it and ask questions--showed us all the fancy electronic and internet stuff and got answers to questions she wasn't sure of. She is still following up on some of those questions 2 weeks later--bless her. You couldn't have a better representative. Treat her well. She's a keeper.

I had to replace my RAV4 after 12 years and dreaded the thought of car shopping. I decided to start at Post Oak since they had done excellent work on my RAV4 in the past. Tyler Rowe was so personable in his approach my guard just dropped and we just talked. He heard what I was saying and had a car in mind for my actual needs but also had vehicle 2 and 3 lined up In his mind for me. While I looked at the exterior of the first vehicle he went to grab the keys for that test drive but also came back with the option I thought I wanted. Long story short I’m happy with his suggestion and the follow up and courtesy I experienced throughout the dealership. I want a relationship where I shop and I feel like this team agrees. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. She patiently answered my questions and helped us count the banknotes. Thank you.

Reno did a good job at finding the car that fit our needs was a little more expensive but I was glad he kept looking. They made sure we were happy. I would use them again and if you need a ride this is the place to go to.

My car needs and life changed suddenly and a rethink of what I was driving made me choose a used Sienna with the idea of needing more room for camping, camping gear and possabilities of cargo hauling.

Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

I live in TX, It was out of state purchase. I bought car without test drive. car came clean, full tank of gas. most important no surprise. all made east by Derek Jones. Simply The Best. Jones Great response with timely manner. good Follow-up. polite very respectful, Easy and smooth transaction. Stephanie Vaughan was very good as well. only feedback they need to sand paper work wright away. not 3 week later. some stat like Texas car need to register with in 30 day to avoid penalty.
