Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Love the heated front seats. Do not like access to rear seats past seats at doors. Has great pick up. Drives thru anything. Quiet. Great sound system. Cools and Heats entire van. Large windshield must have sunscreen or summers heat blisters interior.. A/C works great

Well it fits all 7 members of my family. Has pretty good gas mileage. It is comfortable and doesn't take 3 years to get up to 35-40 miles per hour.

Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles. Not the quietest ride but currently at 125,000 miles and no major issues yet. Only problem was original set of rear tires wore out on the inside edge. The tire shop said Kia had that problem from the factory and he installed a shim kit to make the alignment correct. No problem with that issue since. Mileage is good for a large minivan. At 70 to 80 MPH I get 26 mpg average depending on which state I am buying fuel in. I love being able to switch from Automatic transmition to a manual transmission when going down steep mountain grades. I am actually shopping for a used Kia 2017 to 2020 right now with low miles to replace this one.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Our experience with Urban Motors was amazing, right off the bat when we decided to get ahold of urban motors a man picked up (who goes by the name cliff) answered the phone with great enthusiasm and was ready to help and answered all of our questions, when he didn't have an exact answer to our question he called right back when he found out. As for the process of actually buying the car Cliff and Noman (the owner) made it such a smooth process they were willing to negotiate AND went through all of the coverages we would possibly need for the car, as well as gave us extra info to where we could get the car serviced for the car we purchased from them and our cars we didn't purchase from them. Overall Working with Urban Motors has showed us as the customer, buying a car should not be such a ridiculous process. Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Having problems with the driver side, side door and rear door. Rear door is coming down when you are still standing under it. Side door won't close,or unlock properly.

Volkswagen Van is quite noisy and also expensive. Engine make noise like rumble. I do not like sound van make, but is ok in every other way. Hit 200,000 miles and still work good. Engine noise bother me. Only other problem is head light no work anymore so I have to fix.

My van has 248,000 miles and still runs and can haul anything like bricks and Sand. Still has the spirit of a Civic and a styling of a Pilot.

Left the Bay Area to find a good deal in Roseville and found a great one on a 2016 Honda Civic! From 12-5, I spent so much time talking to these sincerely nice guys, Murray, Ronnie, Miguel, the guy at the mid-range and affordable lot, and the finance guy. You can just tell there’s a business here that is run well where everyone respects each other and then treats the customer with kindness and respect. I was referred by my brother and I am glad I listened to his advice. I bought a 2014 Lexus GS350 at the time I didn't realize that the tire pressure light was on. Next morning I called and spoke with Noman and told him about the light. He helped me with setting up an appointment with his shop and took care of the problem(two of the tire sensor were bad) at no cost. I have put 5,000 miles on my car and not a single problem.

I scored my Sienna "excellent" based on the fact that, though this vehicle does not have the features of new vehicles, or the performance of newer bigger engines, it shows astronomical worth in functionality and comfort and for an older car, does not drive like an old car. My husband has taken care of regular service and we have never had anything major break that hasn't been due to regular wear and tear. We bought new (first year available) & have had for 17 years (210,000 miles) and it still runs like a clock. Starts in subzero weather, drives in snow, air conditioner works, seats & upholstery are in great shape and the Scotchguard on the fabric STILL works! This vehicle is an amazing example of the already incredible Toyota reliability and quality. There's a reason the design has changed little in 17 years (and I've never bothered to "upgrade.") I've loved every reliable year I've been able to trust this van to get us around safely and will actually miss moving on.

This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.
