High volume operation. Willing to negotiate. Helpful staff. On the downside, the car (a ‘22 Mustang GT) smelled like a 1 star motel that rents per hour It really needed to be detailed prior to showing yet was on the lot @60 days. I’d buy from them if the car was acceptable.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I had. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I used this van to commute 80 miles to work. Very reliable. Just replaced tires as needed. Very comfortable van to drive. Stow-n-Go seats makes it easy to haul large items.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

I had my 2017 Nissan Rogue SV in for preventative mx at 81,000 miles….. Greg has been my service advisor of choice and he by far is one of the best in the business I’ve seen since my first car in 1974……. And the mx work was done timely and professionally….. this service dept is top notch

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

I am very satisfied with the repairs performed on my ‘20 Leaf at Germain Nissan. Our car was diagnosed with a bad AC compressor and related components shortly after purchasing the car (we purchased the car from another dealer in January’25). The repair estimate was very expensive, something we were not prepared for, especially for a new car and our first EV. We contacted Nissan consumer affairs about this issue and they were very good to deal with. A case was created and reviewed by Nissan, and they informed us they would be covering the repair as a goodwill measure. Note that the car was out of the warranty period and they still covered the repair. We were very happy about this to say the least. So we worked with the dealer to get the repairs completed. The only bad part was that we had to wait 2 1/2 months for the back order parts to arrive (some from Japan), during the summer, and no AC in the car. But once the parts arrived, the dealership contacted us and completed the work in a couple days. This was a very positive experience for something that could have been very frustrating and negative, but patience payed off in the end.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Jerry and the folks here are excellent highly recommend them if you need a car in their price range. I needed two cars due to an accident and they came through.

Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.
