Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

The best experience buying a car that I have had in the Cincinnati area in a long time.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

The only negative is went to open passenger front door and the whole door handle came off. Will cost between $150.00 and &300.00 to get a new handle (plastic)put on. This is our second Sedona)

The Ford F350 Super Duty 2011 met and surpassed all our expectations. It's clean, brand new looking and performs perfectly. It was exactly what we were looking for to tow our RV.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

After finding a 2012 Mustang boss 302 online, I called the dealership to check about it. Nolan was incredibly helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He sent me a video in which he tried to point out every flaw in the car. I can’t find anything that he missed. Based on the Carfax report, and Nolan‘s extremely helpful information, I flew to the Milford area to inspect the car and drove it home. I couldn’t be more pleased. Nolan represents the dealership well, and the dealership appears to be a great organization with carefully selected cars. It’s unlikely that I will travel from Phoenix AZ to Milford again to buy a car, unless they have something special that I feel I need. But if they do, I would go in a heartbeat. Terrific experience. And as an added plus, Nolan is a genuine car guy. That’s not common enough in car dealers. He knew the car, he knew the significance of the car, and he wasn’t pushing it. Great guy.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

As far as practicality goes, I think the minivan was the greatest vehicle ever conceived. My main problem with all of them is relatively poor mileage. That problem has mostly been solved by the Pacifica PLUG-IN Hybrid. Battery mileage is about 30 miles and that covers 90% of our daily driving . A fast charger at home generates a full charge in less than 2 hours and, stopping home for a few minutes allows a "top-up" if we go out again. We have often gone two months without having to fill up! I have solar panels sufficient to meet both home and hybrid needs. I followed development of this Hybrid Pacifica for several years and held off replacing my 2011 Town & Country until it was available. Normally we have replaced our minivans every three years since our first Dodge Caravan in 1985. Note that it was worth the wait. (I keep my pickups for closer to 9 years and am waiting to see the TESLA electric truck!) This Pacifica is close to perfect and later models are even better having added a couple things I miss (garage door openers and driver's seat memory among them.) The interior is great and well finished and is as nice as my last Mercedes (1986 300E.) I was a bit disappointed when the new gas Pacifica announced an AWD version but did not extend AWD to the Hybrid. If they do upgrade the Hybrid version, that will be my next vehicle. Other than that, I will keep this one until they add something else I can't live wihtout!

My purchase went very smoothly and quickly. I went for a test driving just a few minutes after arriving. Satisfied, moved on to closing. While setting up new auto insurance, all paperwork was prepared. Donald was very experienced and explained things clearly and patiently until I understood. I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect.
