Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Well it fits all 7 members of my family. Has pretty good gas mileage. It is comfortable and doesn't take 3 years to get up to 35-40 miles per hour.

The minivan is sleek and steady, it has some beautiful effects. A DVD player for the comfort of the passengers. It has a brand new instrument cluster and battery. All the tires are from Discount Tires and they are all under warranty and the minivan has hitherto been managed only by the Gwinnett Place Honda since 2005 and there is evidential records from 2005 to date with Honda.

Salesperson Mark Gurgone was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The experience of buying a car is stressful, but I left feeling like I hadn’t gotten taken to the cleaners. I would work with him again.

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Another excellent service experience with the dealership’s service staff; in this case, Service Advisor Roland and two porters, Manny and Jose! Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). Roland and the porters were attentive, professional, and friendly. Roland kept me apprised of the service process. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is a winner!

Bought a civic. Emad was helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The price was good based on market averages. Negotiation part was fine but what negotiation is really fun. Chelsey in the finance department was the most helpful and cheerful F&I manager I’ve met from buying cars for years. Store is clean, small lot, but busy road for test drive. Only issue for the general manger, invest in a real coffee unit—other Honda stores in the area have great coffee selections, would have love me a flat white

Sells great quality vehicles. There commercial vehicles are gone through to make sure everything is right, I have owned my box truck for 3 years so far and have had no problems, will buy again.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Although I didn't buy a high end exotic, I was treated like I was buying one. The 2007 XKR was wonderful and Jackson went above and beyond to answer all my questions, inquiries and upfront about everything with respect to the car. It was prepared beautifully and the transaction was as smooth as could be for an out of state buyer. Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.
