But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. This is the 3rd time We've owned a Kia Sedona. I love that the back seats fold into the floor. It's so roomy. It's perfect for me hauling kids or a ton of comic books when I buy a collection. This one I bought only had 9k miles on it.

I just want to say that the people over at Honda of Grand Blanc did exceptionally well, we did have some bumps along the way but everything worked out in the end. My experience: The car buying process was easy, Kyle Ratliff didn?t pressure us at all at any point during the process. Kyle treated us right and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. However, the car started having a transmission issue within a couple days of purchasing the car, the transmission service alert came up and the car had already been acting weird that day with the way it was performing. When we got home, I contacted Kyle right away, I described the issue and he had me get the car towed back to them at the dealership. They found that a transmission sensor was malfunctioning, and we got the car back a couple days later. It drove okay for a day or so and ended up having the same problem 3 days after getting it back from the dealership and once again contacted Kyle and he had us tow it in again. I will say it was great customer service when they covered the towing both times. After they looked at the car the same sensor said it was malfunctioning again. They had the car taken to the Mitsubishi dealership for further inspection and diagnostics. It was discovered that the transmission was broken and needed to be replaced. This is where you guys really stood out for us, the car when we bought it had an ?as-is? sale, so they didn?t have to any of this for us, but they still did get it fixed, again on their dime. Me and my partner will come back again because of this experience, because you guys went over and above to make sure my first dealership experience, while it was rocky at the start, was still a good experience. Also, Josh in the Service dept. kept in good communication with me throughout the repair process as well. Also, thank you for providing a loaner vehicles during the repairs.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

This vehicle had so many features that we never had with any other used vehicle we've owned. It is going to be such a reliable vehicle for our needs.

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!

Bought a used 2016 Camaro over the phone. This dealership delivered the car to Manitowoc WI. Did not have to drive to MI and back. Great staff including the gentleman who brought the car over by way of the ludington ferry. Would purchase from this dealership again!!

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

While I haven't bought from them, yet, simply inquiring about a car was such a smooth process. They responded to my inquiry within the hour and were clear and honest about where the truck I was looking at was. While the truck I was looking for was sold, they asked for my preferences (offering to pull inventory from 5 lots) while promising to keep me in the loop regarding trade ins or auction cars brought in. I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

I also had considerable sliding door problems, even opening on the freeway and scaring my mom in law. Also, the factory painted exterior began to deteriorate around 60,000 miles and continued to advertise poor quality.

My 08 caravan has 371,000 and still going, it has had a few issues with brakes replaced often, the front control arms and a front axel was replaced around 250,000 miles but overall I love this van so much I don't trust the newer ones, we bought brand new and purchased the lifetime wrap around warranty, so after 16 years I still drive it, although we have two newer dodge vehicles a truck and charger, I prefer my van

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

I’ve had 4 different minivans over the last 2 decades, 2 Mazda MPV’s, 1 Dodge Caravan and the 2009 Chrysler T&C that I bought used in 2013. The T&C wins hands down…I absolutely love it, comfortable, super sound system, Bluetooth compatibility with my cell phone, great on gas and holds a ton of stuff. Have taken it from Canada through the US and, knock on wood, I have had 0 issues with it and hope it lasts as long as I do being a senior! Wish Chrysler had not discontinued it!

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

My wife originally didn’t want a van until she test drove this van. It’s very clean and well maintained! Love that it’s fully loaded. Came with 1 year of oil changes.
