Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Mike was awesome! We lived ~60 miles away, so Mike did most of paperwork remotely before we came and picked up our new vehicle so it saved us a lot of time. Gave us a very good deal on our trade-in. Very smooth process. Mike was very responsive and accommodating - he was even willing to let us try hooking it up to our toy hauler when we expressed concern about the back of the truck squatting due to heavy tongue weight while other dealers that we went to didn't even allow us to test drive it. When we got there to pick up the vehicle, he hopped in to the new vehicle and went thru all the functions on the display. Very knowledgeable. Finance process was smooth as well. I highly recommend this dealer.

Bought in Dec 2024 with a great deal. We needed a new car to support 3 car seats. The two choices in the category are mainly between the Sienna and the Carnival. Why we chose the Carnival: Availability: You had to pre-order a Sienna or wait 6-9 months to get one. Pricing: The Sienna was on average $10k higher with comparable features and no ability to negotiate down the pricing. Driving: The Carnival is quite speedy off the line given it is a hybrid. We live in a very hilly area (Colorado). The Sienna really struggled and was very loud going up normal hills. Looks: The Carnival looks like an SUV (Chevy Traverse). The Sienna looks like your typical minivan. The Pearl white color is especially beautiful up close. Tech: Large entertainment screen makes reading text / maps very easy. Rear seat camera is nice to see what the kids are doing. Wireless charger, bluetooth CarPlay work great. Expanded rear view camera. Things we wish the Carnival had: AWD: The Sienna is available with AWD (although no models on the lot had it). Instead of AWD we spent $1700 on snow tires, which typically perform better than AWD and all-seasons tires. Auto-dimming mirror / Homelink in the EX trim. I purchased an OEM and installed it myself for ~$275. The dealer price was around $800. Sure wish a $40k car came with an auto dimming mirror when it comes with a rear seat camera! Concerns: Kia has that nice 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure how well the interior will hold up to 3 kids under 5. The Kia connect app also did not work upon purchase and it requires a factory reset at the dealer Overall: Happy with our purchase. It looks like an SUV but has the space and maneuverability of a minivan. It's fast off the line for a car that gets 36 MPG. It's got the tech of more expensive car. Given Toyota's significant number of recalls, I wouldn't default to Toyota as being the safer / nicer option. I don't think it is worth the extra $.

Let me get started writing this review by telling you my experience with Ryan Gwinner. What a wonderful salesman. Not too pushy and gets the job done. I was unsure if I was going to walk into Matthew's Honda to get a car due to how scary it is to purchase a new vehicle. Ryan made my husband and I very comfortable by allowing us to tell him what we expected out of the car we were looking for and how much we could afford. He cared and listened to our wishes and met everyone one of them and more. I'm not the easiest person to handle, but Ryan was very patient. He answered any question we had about any car we asked about and didn't make us feel like we were bothering him. Did I mention he stayed over an hour after his shift to make sure we were successful with our purchase? He didn't make us hang around or go look for him to ask him a question, instead he was right by our side. He is very knowledgeable about any vehicle you may ask him about and will give you his honest opinion. To me honesty is everything! I bought the 2014 Kia Sedona used in 2018 and I pretty much love it except for the dashboard controls. They are not user friendly or intuitive (for the driver to understand). I dread having to put the defogger and defroster on because I have to wait until I'm at a stop light or someplace where I can take the time to figure out which buttons and dials to push and turn, find the symbols on dashboard, etc. Maybe it's partly because I need reading glasses and I can't wear them while driving, but still. This is the only car I've owned where I had such a hard time using the dashboard controls. There are just too many. I also just tried pairing my cell phone with the Sedona's bluetooth so I would be able to use the hands-free phone calling feature, but it just kept telling me "pairing failed" over and over and I have no idea why. I just gave up because I have zero patience with that kind of stuff. It's hard enough to get the heat or AC to the right temperature and coming out of the desired vents, there's no way I will be able to get the phone feature to work. Don't even get me started on the windshield wiper situation. omg I also wish it got better gas mileage. I mainly drive around town with some brief highway driving and I usually get around 18 mpg. It is great for camping if you take out the middle seats and fold down the rear seats, you can make it into a mini-campervan. That was the main reason I bought it. It also is great for hauling stuff with all the seats down/removed. Oh, and speakers for the audio system are awesome!

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

The person I talked to was very interested in helping me get a vehicle but understood when I said that their location was inconvenient. He even offered to transfer a vehicle to my home to try it out. Very nice person. I refused at the time of my conversation because I had an appointment to discuss another vehicle in my area. We are Sienna fans! We've had a 2004 and now a 2014. We like the comfortable ride, intuitive controls, great visibility and the awesome reliability.

I live in Columbus, Ohio area and had visited all Toyota dealerships there, looking for a 2019 Avalon. I could not find the vehicle I was looking for so I turned to the Internet to find a Toyota dealer who might have the particular model I was looking for. It so happened that McDaniels Toyota in Marion had the exact vehicle I wanted. Though it was a bit further than I wanted to go, I drove the 50 miles to McDaniels to check it out. I arrived at the dealership 6:00 p.m., purchased the vehicle and was driving my new Avalon back to Columbus by 8:00 p.m. All the sales people I spoke with, including the manager were very friendly and helpful. There was no haggling and I got exactly what I wanted for a very fair price. I am 74 years old and have purchased lots of cars over the years. This is by far the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I will return to them for my wife's next vehicle. It was a pleasure to do business with this dealership.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!
