I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

I have leased with Kia of Coatesville since we move to this area and I go there for all my service. They are polite, respectful and relatively quick. My lease was up and I came to re-lease. The process was much faster and less painful than I have experienced elsewhere. They also provided home delivery for me and electronic paperwork so I was not stuck at the dealership for hours.

The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

this is the first time in all the years I have my vehicle that when I got my oil change I did not have to add oil. Everytime before this I had to add oil a day or two later. Who ever did the oil change was great. Thanks

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

The best car-buying experience in 40 years of buying cars. Steph was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. But most importantly, the customer service he provided was stellar. He offered to have me take the car home for the night to be sure it would fit in my garage. When I returned the next day, my car was parked in the back of the lot so he drove me to my car. (At a different dealership it was raining and I had to walk to my car at the back of their lot—trucks blocked access to their closest parking. I was soaked by the time I got to my car. A real difference in customer service/experience). Add to all this, the no pressure sales approach. The manager Greg made several accommodations in the price of their car as well as the trade-in value of my car. He even added a piece of equipment I wanted. Bottom line, he went above and beyond to find an offer that enabled me to purchase the exact car I wanted for a price I could afford. I truly felt like family. The entire staff were fabulous. I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

Randy Potter at Four Way was very pleasant to deal with, and had all our paperwork prepared for us and ready to go when we arrived after driving 4 hours to see him and the van we bought. The van was in the condition we expected, and their offer of a 6 month bumper to bumper and 5 day return for any reason was a comfort to us. I would recommend Four way to anyone looking for a van.

We have a large family with 9 children. This van is perfect for our needs. The styling is nice for a large van and it is very comfortable to drive especially on long trips.

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

Honestly no problems with this car besides maintenance and the typical, wish the exterior was prettier, and there was a middle seat in my third row. However we pretend there is but a seatbelt would be nice there. Dislike how it gets rusty quick around the tires. Wish the car sat up a little higher for speed bumps and high drive ways is very inconvenient sometimes. Radio set up is very nice, charger ports and aux cords. Not much to complain about with this car.

We are planning a 6 month road trip from Florida to California and back. This will be the PERFECT vehicle to tow our trailer there and back.
