My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.
