Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I normally don't do reviews, but had such a great experience with Advantage Chevrolet I'm making an exception. I found a vehicle online that I was interested in, reached out to Advantage Chevrolet and was put in touch with sales person Andre Thomas. A phone call and three texts later we had a deal. I flew up, he picked me up at the airport, and we got the deal completed quickly and as discussed. I was a little cautious buying a car out of town, but Andre assured me it would be as described, and it was actually better. Everyone at the dealership was fantastic and were long term employees which I find rare in this industry.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Keep up the great work Jamie and Bettenhausen!

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I just bought it, but I am in love!!!! So many bells and whistles! I bought it used, but drives like a brand new vehicle!

My service advisor Lili Avina was amazing. She kept me updated on my vehicle the entire time it was in service. For every issue I’ve ever had she’s always has a solution! Definitely recommend her and will go to her for all of my vehicle needs.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

We had an amazing experience here getting an Outback with Iustin. They were very busy, but the whole team was very helpful and easy to work with. Much better than many other dealers we interacted with as a part of our buying process. No weirdness or tricks in the process and we were quite impressed.

Love this van.. low miles drives smooth good tires, clean, tons of room, holds 8 and great mileage. Second car from this lot and definitely using them agaon

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

This is a great van. Stow and go seats mean tons of room. Driver seat is fully powered and very comfortable to sit in. Without a doubt the most comfortable vehicle I have ever had.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

2009 Odyssey EX. Bought used with 193k miles. Couldn't be more reliable. Great design inside and out. Excellent structural integrity. Everything works. Built solid. Hauls xxx. I average 23 mpg overall with the 244 HP 3.5 V6.

Dead honest review from a real person.... Absolutely one of the best car dealer experiences I've had. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly but Al C was just beyond exceptional in personality and very respectful unlike several other dealers I've met with recently. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Battery wasn?t installed correctly. I had returned my car to get the battery installation corrected and had to miss work. I was disappointed with the work.

Today 9/2/2022 I purchased A car from this dealership and was amazed by the amazing customer service and HONESTY. I've been some really bad experiences with car dealership recently that made me very tentative in having any kind of dealings with Car dealership just because of their dishonesty and greed. I was very tentative in dealing with this dealership as well until I have a friend went their first and check the car out and not only that but to make sure they are honest people and he gave me great review of the business and told me to go get the car that it's a good car and at a steal. I went the re and met the owner and he was very upfront with me with the pricing and the fees and he was just so friendly and kind and hospitable and accommodating and very understanding. I wasted out of there feeling like I have just hit the Jackpot as I have found a diamond in the rough dealership that is not consume by greed and the need to rip customers off. My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲
