Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

Just recently purchased a used vehicle here and I can not say enough great things about my experience. My wife and I worked with Jason and he was tremendous. The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.
