I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima. Zack and Moe are by far the Best I Ever dealt with!! Zack was professional held the car for a week on a handshake like the old days When a man's word in his handshake was good enough! I will be buying my cars from here from now on and would strongly recommend this dealership! The tire sensors went out on the car 2 weeks after I bought it Zack only had to replace 1 the 1 that was broken. Instead Zach replaced all 4 at no charge this is a good man and this dealership is the best I've ever seen I'll be back Zack!!!!

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I drove over 4 hours to purchase a vehicle from Nick. When I got there he had it up front and let me inspect it, and test drive the vehicle at my pace. We negotiated a price we were both happy with, it took about 2 minutes! The process was easy, and the guys there are easy going (no high pressure salesmen). Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.

I bought the 2014 Kia Sedona used in 2018 and I pretty much love it except for the dashboard controls. They are not user friendly or intuitive (for the driver to understand). I dread having to put the defogger and defroster on because I have to wait until I'm at a stop light or someplace where I can take the time to figure out which buttons and dials to push and turn, find the symbols on dashboard, etc. Maybe it's partly because I need reading glasses and I can't wear them while driving, but still. This is the only car I've owned where I had such a hard time using the dashboard controls. There are just too many. I also just tried pairing my cell phone with the Sedona's bluetooth so I would be able to use the hands-free phone calling feature, but it just kept telling me "pairing failed" over and over and I have no idea why. I just gave up because I have zero patience with that kind of stuff. It's hard enough to get the heat or AC to the right temperature and coming out of the desired vents, there's no way I will be able to get the phone feature to work. Don't even get me started on the windshield wiper situation. omg I also wish it got better gas mileage. I mainly drive around town with some brief highway driving and I usually get around 18 mpg. It is great for camping if you take out the middle seats and fold down the rear seats, you can make it into a mini-campervan. That was the main reason I bought it. It also is great for hauling stuff with all the seats down/removed. Oh, and speakers for the audio system are awesome!

There was a flood there an water was turned off! But that wasn't their fault. Truck was clean an the employee were accommodating. Yes I would but from them again!💯👌

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.

I bought my second truck in 4 years from Bose. The first was a champ. It did all I asked of it and remained reliable the entire time I owned it. I needed more weight and tow capacity and ended up back at Bose. Same great experience as the first time. The sales staff was helpful, open and directly answered my questions. I never experienced any evasion from them or doubt that they are being truthful. Their assistance with financing was great. It's been three months and after a few maintenance stops and a new set of tires, I'm very happy with this truck. Understand you're buying used and plan accordingly. If you want perfect, buy new. Although that's no guarantee either. Good, solid vehicles at a decent price. I absolutely will return to Bose should I be in the market for another vehicle. Incidentally, the first truck is still in the family being a reliable hauler. Can't beat that!

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

I purchased a 2008 CL 550 that I absolutely love. It drives almost like it’s brand new despite being 18 years old. I really like the NV it’s great for a big family and traveling. I however believe it’s got some issues. We bought it brand new and in the first 3 months it was in the shop 6 times. So my still issues after 4 years is the sliding door lock has a defect and has since we bought it but since the dealership couldn’t get it to stick like it did for us they wouldn’t fix it. Now it’s a $700 fix that I have to pay out of pocket. Next my tow electrical hook ups every time we try to hook up anything to tow it kills my battery to the point we have had to buy a new but magically no one can find the issue. Then the motor to the back heater is going out already and that’s a $800 fix it’s only 4 years old that shouldn’t be going out already. Last issue a vehicle this big should be all wheel drive it should handle better in adverse weather. So that being said I would recommend this vehicle to large families but I would also make sure to check every issue you wouldn’t think to check in a new vehicle like door locks and tow hook ups.

Bought in Dec 2024 with a great deal. We needed a new car to support 3 car seats. The two choices in the category are mainly between the Sienna and the Carnival. Why we chose the Carnival: Availability: You had to pre-order a Sienna or wait 6-9 months to get one. Pricing: The Sienna was on average $10k higher with comparable features and no ability to negotiate down the pricing. Driving: The Carnival is quite speedy off the line given it is a hybrid. We live in a very hilly area (Colorado). The Sienna really struggled and was very loud going up normal hills. Looks: The Carnival looks like an SUV (Chevy Traverse). The Sienna looks like your typical minivan. The Pearl white color is especially beautiful up close. Tech: Large entertainment screen makes reading text / maps very easy. Rear seat camera is nice to see what the kids are doing. Wireless charger, bluetooth CarPlay work great. Expanded rear view camera. Things we wish the Carnival had: AWD: The Sienna is available with AWD (although no models on the lot had it). Instead of AWD we spent $1700 on snow tires, which typically perform better than AWD and all-seasons tires. Auto-dimming mirror / Homelink in the EX trim. I purchased an OEM and installed it myself for ~$275. The dealer price was around $800. Sure wish a $40k car came with an auto dimming mirror when it comes with a rear seat camera! Concerns: Kia has that nice 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure how well the interior will hold up to 3 kids under 5. The Kia connect app also did not work upon purchase and it requires a factory reset at the dealer Overall: Happy with our purchase. It looks like an SUV but has the space and maneuverability of a minivan. It's fast off the line for a car that gets 36 MPG. It's got the tech of more expensive car. Given Toyota's significant number of recalls, I wouldn't default to Toyota as being the safer / nicer option. I don't think it is worth the extra $.

The manager Mr. Henry is a reliable man. I bought the car last week and there was a problem about the engine since the car is kinda old. He proactively offered me help and let me have the car repaired in Indiana and the expense was cover by them. I believe they have a standard of retailing used cars since the interior is all kept so well. Actually I was recommended by roommate to have a look in here since he bought a X5 here before. This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.
