I have only shopped online looking for one specific truck. I have been contacted to talk about wanting to buy. That person was so nice, laid back did not try to push something else on me. I received a follow up call letting me know they got in a Chevy Colorado but it had a manual transmission. Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

My experience with Chevrolet of Boaz was excellent. We negotiated a fair price for my 2025 Chevrolet 2500HD Trailboss after comparing local dealership offers in my area and the price didn?t change after I drove 160 miles to pick it up and finish paperwork. I hate buying 'new' cars. I hate that awful feeling of being took advantage of. I hate the feeling of paying too much. I hate dealing with dealerships. After spending half my day at a local mega dealership in Decatur,Al I got fed up and left. We drove 10 minutes to Hartselle, Al to a smaller dealership , Eddie Preuitt Ford. Right away I new they were different. The Preuitts, family and kids are there playing in the lobby. It's a very friendly welcoming experience. The place ain't fancy but why does it have to be to sell a car? Jason, met us at the door with a handshake and after a small discussion of what we were looking for he tossed us a set of keys. We test drove Two cars. About 2 hours later I was signing the dotted line. The price was so low, so reasonable i almost felt bad for the dealership. We left Eddie Preuitt Ford in our new car. This is how you treat people. This is what customer service should be. We will only deal with Eddie Preuitt Ford.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

The repairs were done in a timely fashion. The communication with the service technician was great. The brakes worked great!

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

K.C. (Kyle) was very helpful and explained the purchasing process very simply and matter of factually. He was courteous and respectful and eager to do what it takes. I exchanged emails with him for awhile before going to the lot. I made an appointment with K.C. so he would know I was coming and be available and have time for me. K.C. had a couple or three trucks for me to look at that was based on my email feedback. The test drive process was very easy and quick (or as long as I wanted). Took about an hour or so to start the approval process but that was including my test drives. I was hoping to get it all done in about 3-3.5 hours and took about 4.5 but that was no fault of K.C.'s just the time it takes. I strongly recommend to use K.C. anytime you are looking for a vehicle. He will show you respect and no pressure.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. The experience in birmingham was horrible, but we contacted Lowery to see if the vehicle that she liked was still available, it was so we drove to Boaz to check it out, Carmela helped us and she was amazing and so friendly. They made us feel welcome and listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. My mom bought it and while waiting for the paperwork to sign, Carmela talked with us and got to know who we are. Our family loves this van. Performs great in the winter and feels very safe and comfortable. Great on gas especially for the amount of power under the hood. Once this one dies, I'm buying another without a doubt.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I drove a fifteen passenger van before my new Transit Connect. I did not need the size anymore but did not want to give up the roominess of the van. The Transit Connect is perfect. I can seat 6 passengers comfortably when I want and when I am not carrying passengers I can carry a good amount of cargo without having to worry about securing it as I would with a truck. I think it will be great to move my kids back and forth to college! I really like the roomy windshield and the overhead storage. It is not a luxury car. The seats are not as comfortable as other vehicles I have owned, but they are adequate. The engine is smaller and not as much pickup as I am used to, but it has better gas mileage than my other vehicle.

I went to Mitch Smith Chevrolet for a new vehicle because that is where my daddy found a hood used vehicle for me. Samuel Tucker is the salesman who helped me throughout the process. And he was awesome. See I had never purchased a vehicle without my daddy in my 50 years. He passed away in 2022 and I was scared to do this alone. But I wasn’t alone. Samuel was right there with me holding my hand. The vehicle I found online was actually in transit and not on the lot the day I went to buy. So 6 or so weeks later it came in. I went to test drive it and almost had a heart attack. Samuel ended up driving me as I was so nervous doing this without my precious daddy by my side. He walked me through the process once I said yes and ta da! It was done. Worst part is having to pay for it. But that is with everything you buy. I found a new friend that hot day in 2022 who has turned into a life long friend. I send everyone to him if they are looking for a vehicle. I tell him all the time that 2022 Silver sage metallic Traverse is the prettiest vehicle he’s ever sold. (But the 2023 Tahoe in that color is really nice too.). Samuel is a God fearing man and will do you right.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Was helped by Mark Shaw, told him upfront don't waste my time and I wont waste yours. He didn't, traded in a truck and was out the door in about two hours total, pretty fast for a busy Saturday. The longest part was waiting on the bank to approve. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a used car or truck, he was very helpful.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.
