Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

We just bought our Bronco HLE this week from AutoPark Ford Laporte. Wow, what a team! Tim( sales consultant) and Dave( Finance Manager) were exceptional from the start! I have been a customer of Gurley Leep for longer than I can remember. In all the years I have been a customer, I have never had the first problem with service or sales. With that said, when I decided to trade in my Accord, I headed to Honda. I was greeted by Trey, who was very knowledgeable and patient as I tried to consider the best car for me. It turned out to be the CRV, Trey negotiated a very fair deal, and I love my car.

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous

Bought a new 2018 Accord 2.0T Sport Manual. Brian was excellent to work with. I wanted a rare model, and he worked with me to find the exact specification and color that I wanted. Another dealer a few hours away had one, and Basney arranged to transport it for me free of charge. Also, they were willing to match the lowest price I was quoted from other dealers without hesitation. Delivery and post-purchase customer service has been top-notch. This is the way car buying should be!

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

I bought my Sportage from them and take it there to get serviced. When I pull in I’m quickly greeted. While going over what’s going to be done I’m asked if I want a car wash, given a timeframe, and asked if I need a ride anywhere or if I’m going to wait. This last time I had a rodent get into my cabin air filter and she brought it out to show me. She asked if I wanted them to replace it, gave me the cost, and told me ways to deter them from coming back. I will keep going there for my service as long as I have my Sportage.

This is the best family car I’ve owned. The kids have their own entertainment while I can listen to my own music. Accessing the third row is no problem as the seat in the middle is removable and the pilot seats slide to the side, making it easy to get to the third row even when the pilot seats have car seats. It’s a wonderful car!

Liz and the service department are amazing. They were very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with my car and kept updating me during the process. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. Here it is 2024 and the 2003 MPV I bought new 21 years ago is still running perfectly! It has 210,000 miles on the original engine and tranny. In it's 21 years, it has never failed to start and drive. Just as dependable as all the newer cars that I have owned over the years! Just keep up with the maintenance and it will run forever!

I drove by here on my to another dealer. I didn't realize the dealership was there (not from the area originally) and I turned around to see what they had. There was no haggling, no debating, no arguing, no lying, no cheating, no stealing-all things you can expect at some dealers. These guys were all top notch individuals who I could hang out with all day every day. I felt a bond with Mitzy, the dog who kept trying to untie my shoes. Maybe she was persuading me to stay and buy a car? That's exactly what I did. I bought a three-year-old Jeep at a good price with a good interest rate. I wasn't expecting to actually buy a car there, let alone finance one, but I did and my wife is thrilled with her new Jeep. I highly recommend Lou Dominion's Deals On Wheels Benton Harbor location. We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Trey Tyler was great to work with. He made the experience less intimidating. My husband and I dreaded coming in, but we had no choice since our lease was about to expire. As my husband said, he would rather go to the dentist than deal with the hassle of an auto dealership. Trey is personable and went out of his way to make us comfortable.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲
