Very honest and forthright and I appreciate their willingness to talk to me as long as they did without any sales pressure. Got a feeling they really want what’s best for the customer. Our food pantry uses vans to pick up and deliver food every day. We need a vehicle that has space, rides well, and has safety features included. This van has it all. We'll be sure to come back each time we need to replace another of our fleet.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

This is my fifth Mopar van, three Town & Country models, two Dodge Grand Caravans. When it comes to vans, there are none made better than Chrysler's T&C and the Caravan. My first, a 99 Caravan, went 300,000 miles before having a transmission issue but the motor still ran flawlessly. My 2014 T&C gets a solid 27.8 mpg on the trips we have taken and no other issues have ever interrupted our travels. If I was a millionaire I would have an entire fleet of T&Cs, in every color available. I'd make sure all my friends had one and maybe my enemies too! Why they discontinued such a great model is just baffling!

My experience with Taylor Black in service was phenomenal, he was excellent and sufficient on keeping me informed about my vehicle. The whole Fred Martin team that worked on my vehicle was also very sufficient and I want to thank everyone for a job well done especially Taylor Black.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

Staff was super helpful and accommodating since we were an out of town purchaser. They were very responsive and had the vehicle waiting for us when we picked it up.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

I arrived on time and Vince got the car checked in. I asked if a rental car was available for the rest of the day. Vince got one ready. I asked about windshield wipers and ordered a set for front and a single on the rear windows. Repairs went well and use of the rental car was helpful.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

It's been a long time since I've experienced such honest and caring service when buying an automobile as I have at Akron Auto Sales. I simply can't say enough good things about this family owned business, but I'll mention a few. The first contact with Rachael: I was running late due a traffic snarl and it was nearly their closing time. Rachel said not to worry we'll wait for you. When I got there I was slightly stressed, but Rachel was so relaxed and assured me to take whatever time I needed to look over the Toyota 4Runner I had called about. After a quick check of the car, I asked her to hold the car until morning when I could come back for a better. inspection. I subsequently bought the car and I really enjoy owning it. Now for the service AFTER the sale. The business addressed every little concern both at the time of sale and for several weeks afterward. Their mechanics are phenomenal. Jordan has an unbelievable memory and attentiveness to the details of my concerns, and even fixed several small items I was willing to do myself. I am just not used to such "old school" service where someone cares so much about the customer. I could easily go on and on. I would not hesitate to buy any car on their lot. In all honesty i went there for the 2016 but walked away with a 2014. That might trigger people but there was reasoning behind it. The guy i worked with was honest and even ran codes on the cars to let me know of any possible repairs or tune ups that might be needed. He walked me over to a much better condition car that wasn't even on the site yet and explained everything about it. I took it out for a test drive and he let my mechanic friend look at it a little deeper. Once everything was said and done i walked out with a nicer car for not much more than the one that was messed up. Now i have a nice shiny looking ride that feels great to drive and couldn't be happier. They are affiliated with the larger dealership near them and do the same good work. Go down and talk to them!

My kids are so excited for all the space and how shiny and like new the car is. There are only 56000 mi. on the van and so we are happy that it will be a part of the family for many years to come!
