This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

Adam was quick to answer all my emails / texts, car was a good value. The car was a low mileage car that was very hard to find. The lot has very limited parking and is very busy.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

I worked with Johnny on getting my new Malibu, and I love this car. I came in and they weren't pushy on anything, and assisted me with what I already knew I wanted. They also got me an AMAZING financing deal. Furthermore, I was trading in 2 cars, and the owner drove me home to get the other car to bring back in the morning and finish the deal. I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I returned almost two months following service they provided, because of an issue with the service. Everyone was kind and helpful and I was even introduced to Mr. Castrucci, who made certain I was taken care of quick and comfortably. A communication error occurred, and Mr. Castrucci stood behind his commitment to my satisfaction. They graciously and generously went above what I expected and without my asking. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.
