I recently had to have the passenger side remote mirror replaced. The Service Representative, Brock, handled the details quickly and very efficiently. The part was delivered in a few days and installed in about an hour. I thought it would take longer but I was in and out quickly. Thankyou, Brock!

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Were willing to take the time to find the right car for me instead of trying to get me to buy what they chose.

From sales to service this is the dealership that really cares. They ran a clean, efficient shop that met my needs. The courtesy was remarkable. I recommend their service as they give time deadlines for customers.

Reliable, AWD is very capable for bad weather and light offroading, more storage than a pickup with a cap.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

The Sedona is the best all around choice for giving you comfort in every ride at a very reasonable price. Many features found in more expensive SUVs.

I left a review on January 31st,"Scammed1" ,about my situation at that time with purchasing a car from Motorcars of Lansing. It wasn't a great review at all. I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

it was nice joyable but 2008 is better and it has a spear tire and was very nice i rate it 8/10 that better then nothing.
