We recently purchased a vehicle for our granddaughter. It's her first and she absolutely loves her 2004 Ford Explorer Sport. This is our 12th vehicle purchase at Biddle and it was a great and fun experience as usual. The Biddle family has always treated my family fairly with respect and professionalism. Our salesman was Dan Harris this time and he's great to work with. The service department treats us the same way and they back up their work too. Most of our vehicle purchases were new but some were used. In either case you can't go wrong buying at Biddle. It's always fun chit chatting with the owner John Biddle as well. This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.

Traded in our unreliable 1997 escort for the Voyager. Has lots of bells and whistles, no repairs needed, trani runs smooth, we love it! Tire brands are limited due to the tire size. A bit of roll on turns, but the turning radius is short. I've had 3 Fords and they have all been horrible. I've had 2 Chysler's and they have surpassed 200,000 miles with minor repairs. A win-win van!

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Definitely the best experience I've had at a dealership! I walked in and knew which car I was interested in, and Jae's customer service was excellent. Gave me a good review of the outside and inside of the car, then immediately asked if I wanted to test drive it. Great value on a used car that was pretty much brand new. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle in excellent condition!

I love this van. The only thing wrong is that the A/C doesn't work. I notified my commercial rep, Andrew and he said to bring it in at my earliest convenience.

The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I worked with Paul Young and is a great guy. He was patient and helped in every way he could. Got us threw paperwork quick. All in all couldn't ask for better. The only xxxx up we had was getting insurance on the vehicle but in the end we did.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Our recent purchase and trade-in of cars at Eastlake Auto Brokers was very positive. The lot is set up with each type of vehicle with like vehicles side by side. Met in the parking lot with a helpful salesman who connected us with Paul who went with us on two promising test drives. When we came back the next week, Robbi was available and just as pleasant to work with since Paul was not there. Again, positive test drives and we were ready to make a purchase. Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

I was looking at three different cars across a dozen or so dealers. Only two were willing to run the process in a way that worked for me and only was anywhere near as transparent as I needed. Guess where I spent my money? CJ in sales and Brandon in finance were enjoyable people to be around, real humans. In my time at the dealership, I observed a lot of interactions and it struck me as a low-pressure, high-service place. I'll be back in three years when my lease is up to do it again.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

Business was clean and welcoming. Process with Brian was a breeze! He was busy and he did not hover, yet attentative. We were there a total of 2 hours, including 2 test drives. Questions were answered honestly and issues were addressed quickly. Very pleased so far.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Went in Sunday with a crappy old BMW. Spoke with Miguel about a car I was interested in. Miguel talked straight with me on my trade in .He didn't talk above me or belittle me. He made me feel like a friend helping out a friend. The rest of the staff was awesome also. The finance dep bumped up my trade in above what it was worth just to get me to the monthly payments i needed to do the deal. A++ will go to them again.

I've had a 2007 Caravan that I drove for 7 years then sold still running well. Then bought a 2009 Grand Caravan that had a couple of minor electrical issues and sold it still running 2 years ago. Just bought another Grand Caravan (a 2014) and I'm hoping to get as much out of it as the others. Cargo space : Awesome, you can get 4x8 sheets of plywood in the back with the Stow N Go down and unlike a pick up your load stays dry. Not super but not bad on fuel. A Fairly comfy ride for around town and on trips but it's build more for family to-and-fros. I hear some folks complaining about transmissions but if you follow the recommended trans fluid and filter changes and don't try to haul anything too heavy you should be ok. I've never had an issue with any CG trans. If you're buying used and want to be sure - avoid any with hitches already on them or obviously had them on at some point. Bottom line for me - great vehicle, fits a tight budget, lasts without constant repairs, very utilitarian, useful investment. Too bad they don't make them anymore.

The positive experience started with Shelley, she was knowledgeable and offered great recommendations, also patient explaining the different models of the Forester, we could not have been more pleased with the welcome and support we received. Mr. Eliott was thorough explaining the financing part of the sale and the additional coverage options, it made a big difference. Overall, we could not have been more excited about the purchase of a 2025 Forester Limited, the best place to buy a car.

Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.
