The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

Both my grandson and I have had dealings with Matthews. Have not purchased a vehicle but have purchased other services from them and, in fact, are doing more next week.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

Went to rent a van to help my grandson move. When we returned the van my grandson wanted to do some used car ‘window shopping’. He was approached by a consultant but we told the person he wasn’t financially quite ready to buy yet. There was no undue pressure put on us to figure a way to make it work right then. If there had been, we would not have considered going back when the time to purchase was right. As it is, when that time comes Matthews Motors will be at the top of our places to shop.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

I purchased a Chevy from Vince - very helpful with the entire process. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice environment. Professional service team. I get reminders for oil changes regularly. I will continue using the service shop and buy here again!

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. I only am rating this bcs i love odysseys and the seller is super nice. Have actually 2 odysseys at home!

I would highly recommend Snell's auto due to great customer service - including professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. Specifically, Emily Brennan and Jackie Taylor who both listened to my needs, and helped steer me away from making the wrong choice (I was looking for a "beater" truck and was prepared to spend up to about $10,000 - and I had found one online which was there when I got there, but upon seeing it, I quickly realized it was not in good condition and it wasn't the truck for me). Emily helped me talk through xxxxxxand con's of moving into a higher price range (up to $21k) and she recommended the truck that I ultimately bought (a 2012 Ram in great condition with 125k miles) and I couldn't be happier. It's everything I wanted and more, and I feel like it was a fantastic bargain. I felt valued as a customer, and I've never had a better vehicle shopping experience. I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I stopped in day looking for a used Grand Cherokee and all of the sales staff were wonderful to work with. They were quick with the paperwork and were not pushy in any way! The van gets great fuel economy. Very easy to drive and comfortable on long distance trips. Lots if safety features that add value. Entertainment system and internet access options make it very convenient.

My truck broke down at their exit while traveling home to Georgia leaving me stranded. Not only did they do a great job changing my transmission for me, but they also sold me a 2019 Chevrolet truck to complete my trip. Both were great experiences. My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles. Not the quietest ride but currently at 125,000 miles and no major issues yet. Only problem was original set of rear tires wore out on the inside edge. The tire shop said Kia had that problem from the factory and he installed a shim kit to make the alignment correct. No problem with that issue since. Mileage is good for a large minivan. At 70 to 80 MPH I get 26 mpg average depending on which state I am buying fuel in. I love being able to switch from Automatic transmition to a manual transmission when going down steep mountain grades. I am actually shopping for a used Kia 2017 to 2020 right now with low miles to replace this one.

I had a excellent experience with the gentleman that waited on me and he was very helpful to me and trying to keep me in my parent price range. He tried his hardwst.

So happy with the service here. I knew exactly what I wanted and David got me right into the vehicle, test drove it on a Friday and had it home on Monday, with an oil change new inspection and a new sway bar link. We told him of the noise and instead of being brushed off as I have before at other dealers, he listened and had the problem fixed!!
