Own a 2004 with over 330,000 miles. It just keeps running. As a landlord, I use it somewhat like a truck, it holds tools in the rear. Can transport 4x8 sheets of drywall and plywood with some shuffling. Hauled 1200 lbs of concrete bags behind the front row seats many times. I use the 3rd row for passengers. Have removed the second row and never replaced them. Change the oil every 5Kmi because that interval is easy to remember. And the typical timing belt and water pump (while exposed) every 100K. Just let the dealer do the brakes, they last years and don't wobble. Of course the automatic doors gave out at 200K, but you kind of expect that. They still work manually. A few strange items like a steering rack at 150K and vent window hinge gave out around then. And the drivers seat heater gave up. The problem is that this van is so good, I really hate to replace it. It's a good problem to have. I'm not hauling concrete in a brand new $50,000 Sienna.

after buying a car from these guys i did have the check engine light come on and another issue . after calling mark he asked me to come in so he could check it out - to my surprise he was courteous and fixed the problem even though the car had higher miles and was sold as is . I read some reviews on here and told mark . we both agreed that even though these cars are sometimes sold as is , as long as its with in reason he will take care of the problem . good guy to deal with . thanks for the help

ASE Parts Specialist 25 years. Bought this T&C Touring van with 175k miles from a family friend for $800 and figured it would need some things repaired. Being a tech for years, with good connections for parts, I might as well give it some love. Had a new battery and new rear tires I got to work. Replaced the following. PS pump and hose. Water pump, Upper and low intake gaskets, lower rad hose, Ft struts, rear coil over shocks, sway bar bushings and end link kits, front brakes, idler and tensioner pulleys, serpentine belt, transmission service and oil and filter change, 4 wheel alignment. Rides like new, would drive it to Florida tomorrow. Store n go seats are great.

Ours has 220,000 miles on it in the year 2021. We had to put a new transmission in it a few years ago, but it has had no other problems. We purchased it used in 2011 with 40,000+ miles on it. It had been a rental car, which might account for the rough transmission.

My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous

I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

Having problems with the driver side, side door and rear door. Rear door is coming down when you are still standing under it. Side door won't close,or unlock properly.

This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.
