This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

This is a great van. Stow and go seats mean tons of room. Driver seat is fully powered and very comfortable to sit in. Without a doubt the most comfortable vehicle I have ever had.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

While we did not buy a car from them (could not find one that fit our needs), we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. Will keep checking their inventory for the right car and hope to go back. Highly recommend!

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I bought the 2014 Kia Sedona used in 2018 and I pretty much love it except for the dashboard controls. They are not user friendly or intuitive (for the driver to understand). I dread having to put the defogger and defroster on because I have to wait until I'm at a stop light or someplace where I can take the time to figure out which buttons and dials to push and turn, find the symbols on dashboard, etc. Maybe it's partly because I need reading glasses and I can't wear them while driving, but still. This is the only car I've owned where I had such a hard time using the dashboard controls. There are just too many. I also just tried pairing my cell phone with the Sedona's bluetooth so I would be able to use the hands-free phone calling feature, but it just kept telling me "pairing failed" over and over and I have no idea why. I just gave up because I have zero patience with that kind of stuff. It's hard enough to get the heat or AC to the right temperature and coming out of the desired vents, there's no way I will be able to get the phone feature to work. Don't even get me started on the windshield wiper situation. omg I also wish it got better gas mileage. I mainly drive around town with some brief highway driving and I usually get around 18 mpg. It is great for camping if you take out the middle seats and fold down the rear seats, you can make it into a mini-campervan. That was the main reason I bought it. It also is great for hauling stuff with all the seats down/removed. Oh, and speakers for the audio system are awesome!

I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.

Tony was great, from start to finish. I refuse to buy vehicles from where I live in northern Michigan, so buying out of state is normal for me. Some dealerships make this a difficult process- lie about the state of the vehicle, do not keep up with communication, etc. Not with Prime Rides Autohaus. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. I didn't feel uneasy about it throughout the interactions I had with Tony. He kept his word and was very honest. Might just get my next car from him, they've got a decent lot with some great prices.

Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.
