This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Due to a growing family, we were in desperate need of a larger vehicle. With the pandemic, vans were virtually impossible to find. We couldn’t find one locally, but Four Way had exactly what we wanted. Being 8 hours away and unable to even see the vehicle via video, we took a huge risk. We had the car shipped to our home, and I didn’t rest easy until it was in our driveway. The van was exactly as pictured and in excellent condition! We’ve had it a few months now and couldn’t be happier! Randy was very helpful, and we’ll look there first when we need our next van!

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

I was there only three months ago for an oil change and I raved about the service. When I came in this time Dan was there again and greeted me with a huge welcoming hello! Stopped by as this is a client of mine and as I was leaving, Dennis ran out to my car and stopped me before driving off. He noticed my tire was completely flat! He immediately stopped what he was doing, got it to the garage and between him, his service guy (sorry didn't catch his name, young guy with glasses) and Wilmer, they got it repaired! I was far from home and if went un-noticed, I really could have done some damage to my car. Not too often you get customer service like this, and they definitely went above and beyond! I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

This vehicle has been very good for my wife and myself love the hidden storage compartments. Having only 74000 plus miles on it. It is now getting broken in . However, we got into our car today it would not start. Battery was good. Mechanic I am not. It appears to be a censor. Had to call a tow truck to take my vehicle to a car dealer. Will not know the results until Monday, 13th, 2023

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

I have been driving a 2001 Chevrolet Express 3500 . It had 260,000 miles on it when I sold it. Still was running good. That is why I went back with a 2016 Chevy Express van 3500. Love how it drives and plenty of legroom.
