I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Great place to find a CLEAN van for a god price that is ready to go. Would not hesitate to recommend them for your next purchase.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I had been looking for a pickup and found one on their site. Since I am over 200 miles away, I called to verify if it was there and the details of the truck. I spoke to Joey, he was very polite and answered all my questions. The next day I drove the 200 plus miles, once there everybody was very courteous, Joey showed me the truck and it was exactly as stated on the site. Joey was very personable, no pressure, and was very professional. I bought the truck and drove it over 200 miles back home, it drove very nice. Due to a growing family, we were in desperate need of a larger vehicle. With the pandemic, vans were virtually impossible to find. We couldn’t find one locally, but Four Way had exactly what we wanted. Being 8 hours away and unable to even see the vehicle via video, we took a huge risk. We had the car shipped to our home, and I didn’t rest easy until it was in our driveway. The van was exactly as pictured and in excellent condition! We’ve had it a few months now and couldn’t be happier! Randy was very helpful, and we’ll look there first when we need our next van!

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

Stopped by as this is a client of mine and as I was leaving, Dennis ran out to my car and stopped me before driving off. He noticed my tire was completely flat! He immediately stopped what he was doing, got it to the garage and between him, his service guy (sorry didn't catch his name, young guy with glasses) and Wilmer, they got it repaired! I was far from home and if went un-noticed, I really could have done some damage to my car. Not too often you get customer service like this, and they definitely went above and beyond! Would HIGHLY recommend buying or servicing your car here! You will not find better service elsewhere!

On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

I live across the state from I-Deal and bought a car from them. It started with a walk around video, then I got a pre purchase mechanic to look at it, then the paperwork and finally shipping. The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I recently purchased a 2007 Honda CRV FWD LX at the Camp Hill location, with Barry as my salesman. He helped me purchase the vehicle as quickly as I needed, as I was in a pinch and liked this one a lot. However, I noticed it pulled to the right a bit while driving it. Barry offered to take care of the alignment issue, no questions asked. His mechanic Scott took care of everything and my car now drives better than any SUV I've driven in my short lifetime. A lot of these reviews I see are known issues for the type of vehicle they were buying, so I'm not surprised. I'd recommend this place and Barry/Scott anytime.

I am on my third Grand Carvan. It has a little over 40,000 miles. This is my third carvan. Have a handicap son was reason I bought it. I am very happy with it. I feel it will be my last, s I turned 85 on Tuesday.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

This car has met my family needs for 8 years. The next owner will be happy to purchase the car. It is a very good for family with kids.

The van gets great fuel economy. Very easy to drive and comfortable on long distance trips. Lots if safety features that add value. Entertainment system and internet access options make it very convenient.

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.
