Spoke and scheduled my appointment with "Sarah" prior to my visit today. Although she was nothing but patient and polite, I almost backed out! I am excited I did not. Matthew sold me my adorable little orange Dodge Dart. I love it! Matt is great. Friendly, professional but personal. Alex is wonderful! Everyone was down to earth, spoke to me and not at me. I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Sales person was ultra friendly and personable. We were able to relate to each other on many aspects. The purchasing process was pleasant with no pressure. The sale went smooth and dealer was accommodating. I was given a great deal of time and was shown many in-stock vehicles.

I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

This is the 3rd time We've owned a Kia Sedona. I love that the back seats fold into the floor. It's so roomy. It's perfect for me hauling kids or a ton of comic books when I buy a collection. This one I bought only had 9k miles on it.

I am editing my earlier review of Honda Universe because I was contacted by a manager ,Nick Salerno, who worked with me on the purchase of a new car. Nick was a pleasure to work with and I recommend that you include Honda Universe in your search for a new vehicle.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

I love the Metris Cargo Van. Great on gas and tons of room in cargo area. You only need a 5' 8" clearance so you can park in a garage or parking garage like in high rise buildings. It's a smooth ride, functional and looks cool.

Davis Honda staff are very friendly, helpful, and most importantly not pushy. I bought a 2025 HRV Ex-L from Justin Cartwright I chose him from all the reviews I read prior to entering this dealership. He was just as the ratings reported. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Service advisor Mike Jenkins was outstanding! I took my Honda Accord there on a late Saturday morning with no appointment due to an emergency situation (sudden low tire pressure warning). He had me in and out in a little over an hour. He could not have been any more understanding, cooperative and “customer friendly”! I give him and this dealership five stars at every level! I plan on going there for all of my car service needs.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

They are very helpful and will work with you. They love what they do and it shows.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Everything went smoothly. I received a letter offering to purchase my used CR-V that I purchased at Honda. They gave me close to the max on the letter. Anthony (Nieves-salesperson) was knowledgeable and not pushy and did not rush me. Management was easy to work with as well as Finance.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

We were well taken care of and our service problem, a keyless entry issue, was repaired in a few hours. Kara was quick and efficient in getting us in and taken care of. Well done

The sales man was kind of stand offish. Very Frank not really to friendly. Didn?t get that welcome warm feeling . It was like he didn?t want to sit at his desk and it?s us. Finance guy was awesome very friendly , explained everything exactly and also had a sense of humor. Made you feel welcomed

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C
