I then had to get a new battery and was lucky enough to reach Michael again and he got me in and out before I could get settled in the waiting room! He was very patient and personable. Great service! Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Just purchase new ram and the experience was the best we have ever had . Alexis Cruz took care of us like we were his family . They know their stuff and it shows . I'm 64 years old and have bought a lot of cars wish all of them had been this great. From the top person on down we THANK ALL OF YOU

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I was in need for a title as per the original one got lost in shipping, I called the business office and spoke to Bessie, I explained to her the situation and she said she will help me, but need more time to process it. Weeks later she called me to let me know that she got the title and she is sending it to me via FEDEX and gave me the tracking number, WOW thats a great service there. Best car I have owned. Great style and wonderful mileage. I have I no maintenance issues and the free oil changes are great also. Stow and go is a great space provider.

After trying other "reputable dealerships" that added thousands of dollars to the cost of a used car at the end of the sale "to get it ready to sell" and then almost purchasing a non disclosed flood vehicle, we came back to CarMax! We have now purchased 5 vehicles from them and have been thrilled with the experience and the durability and safety of a CarMax car!

Had the older SUV version Pacifica & never had a problem in 8 years, excellent on road trips. When the new version came out I was hesitant to go back to a minivan look (kids are grown) but we do many road trips a year and need room and comfort. We got a 2017 Pacifica which exceeded our expectations on road trips by far! We camp in the back, luggage on roof, fabulous gas mileage! Even went to each coast for xmas in heavy snow up in NH Mtns & the car did great (We drive appx 5,000 each trip) The bad-back issues someone mentioned...I don't get it, the lumbar is fabulous, the seats are comfy, lots of leg room (we are in our late 50's and climb all around in that car and on the roof, no problem). However two years in we started to have electronic issues, had to replace the big battery ($300 or so, all the flashy safety features suck it up) then the small battery. Lots of the "alert" signs appeared for various things, but there wasn't ever a real problem. (Hate to say it but we have a lot of safety features turned off, not once have I trusted a back-up camera, we are SO old school) Then 4-1/2 years in, driving down the road, the transmission went. NOT happy! The warranty was still good for it and it was all taken care of, but still...a 3 1/2 year old car?? But we're keeping our car, I LOVE my Pacifica! I do believe ours, a 2017, since it was the first year of the re-made Pacifica's, was trial & error with issues, we should've waited till 2018! I would absolutely get another!

I had a absolute pleasure working with Tuan while buying a new(used) car in mid-November. He is such a down to earth guy; willing to work with me on my wants and wishes. He helped ease all the anxiety going in and was so personable. We talked and hung out during the waiting process on the paperwork, he was so understanding; helped me set up the radio; got the car all washed up! I highly recommend going in and asking to work with him! He won't disappoint you! Kyle which is a manger I believe; he was very nice also and got me to the price I wanted. Darcee is the finance manager. She is great; we had to go back and forth with paper wok due to some stuff. Which I'm sure was annoying; but she was always professional about it and kind! Overall the whole experience was amazing and it all started with Tuan and being such a kind and understanding gentlemen!

We bought our Pacifica new, and have had it for two years now. The only problem we have had, is a (tiny) paint defect on the bumper lip which happened during build, and is covered by warranty. No other problems. Pacifica is well thought out, with luxury to spare! Not only do I recommend, but I would buy another one in a heartbeat, were the need were to arise! Beautiful van!!
