We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We interacted with three different employees throughout the process and all were personable and low pressure. We drove almost an hour to look at a vehicle and it was well worth the time and distance! Our experience was great and we were very pleased with the service, professionalism, and most importantly, the vehicle we drove away with! Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

We love our Nissan NV 3500. It can pull anything and we transport several of our mastiffs around the country. Haven't had any issues. Roomy front seat, roomy area, as we have taken out the seats. We purchased it to travel with our big dogs, Handles beautifully and is better on gas mileage than we were told it would be. Love how the back doors open to the stay flat against the sides. Wish list....AWD, A/C is in front and back but wish we had separate controls for front and back for the dogs.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I recently traveled from Indy to Toyota of Muncie because I needed to trade in my lease and find a new car. I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

We had to have our air condition fixed in our 2018 Ford Explorer recently. The staff at Tipton Ford were so kind and informative. They found the root of the problem, ordered the parts which came right away, and since we are a one car family gave us a ride home and picked us up when our explorer was finished! Big shout out to Vee Kuszak who was the one who made everything come together so easily!! When we are ready we will be going to this dealership for a new explorer! Thanks so much!

Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles. Not the quietest ride but currently at 125,000 miles and no major issues yet. Only problem was original set of rear tires wore out on the inside edge. The tire shop said Kia had that problem from the factory and he installed a shim kit to make the alignment correct. No problem with that issue since. Mileage is good for a large minivan. At 70 to 80 MPH I get 26 mpg average depending on which state I am buying fuel in. I love being able to switch from Automatic transmition to a manual transmission when going down steep mountain grades. I am actually shopping for a used Kia 2017 to 2020 right now with low miles to replace this one.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

Steve found me a dream car that I had been looking for. This "used" car is like spanking brand new. Being a dialysis patient I needed a remote start and warm seats. Steve is knowledgeable about dialysis as he also has a family member on dialysis and he understood exactly what I was talking about. We want to shop in Elwood and his honesty with his customers is why we always go back to Steve. He makes it happen. I drove 3 hours to this dealership to get the deal I wanted. Devin did not disappoint me! He gave me a great deal on the car I was purchasing as well as my trade in. Everything was ready as promised when I arrived, even though I was late. The deal was so good and the process was so smooth that I will make the drive again when I replace my wife's car next year.

The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

No expectation of buying a car. I stopped in just to look. My wife and I had been discussing getting a newer car but had issues getting a loan. This was about the 6th dealership we had looked at in a week and only did so because a friend had recently bought his car there. I was so glad we did, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were able to get a car that day with very little down. The payment was a little higher than I hoped but this was the first real offer we had. I’ve had 4 different minivans over the last 2 decades, 2 Mazda MPV’s, 1 Dodge Caravan and the 2009 Chrysler T&C that I bought used in 2013. The T&C wins hands down…I absolutely love it, comfortable, super sound system, Bluetooth compatibility with my cell phone, great on gas and holds a ton of stuff. Have taken it from Canada through the US and, knock on wood, I have had 0 issues with it and hope it lasts as long as I do being a senior! Wish Chrysler had not discontinued it!
